No they are sleeping drunk. I haven't contacted them after getting PER. They'll probably say not cashed yet. Lol

My banker friend confirmed me that DD takes 4-5 days max for encashment, thats why I told ya. Cuz he had the same experience twice.

The email doesn't state a day that payment was taken - I also just found out that lawyer used a credit card (they told us they were using a bank draft but oh well). Email just mentions 4 digits of card # and receipt number.

Ok this thread runs so fast sometimes it gets so hard to catch up... my question is the member SPILL.OVER is marked red but the reason of his file return is not mentioned on the returned application sheet... just wondering y his app got returned... this curiosity is just coz our Noc is same.

His file as not returned to my knowledge, but I recall him having some dispute with forum members who did not believe his claims that he got cc charge....I think this is looooong before anyone got charged and they stated that from his previous posts it could be seen that he was lying. I do not know if he was telling the truth, only he can tell you that.....you can search for his name in the forum and read the pages relating to the incident or PM him and find out what has been happening with him. He hasn't been active in the forum for quite some time.

processing time has given in cic website...is it updated ?becoz now it is cap system...how long they will take to close each file after recieving from cic to xxxxx(london,china,india..etc)??

Just got my PER a minute ago! Date on the e-mail is 7/10/2013.

Major milestone finally accomplished, I am so happy! (Do they work overtime now, btw? It is like 8 PM in Sydney... That means they are really dedicated to faster processing this year. Keep up the good work, CIC!)
