Hi Bantoo - I am in same boat at you. Try not to stress (I know it's HARD!). Have you ever had a visitor visa or any other sort of visa for Canada? I have noticed a minor trend that people with canadian background are taking a bit longer to clear. I am a former PR so am not expecting to hear anything that soon but the waiting is definitely hard. Anyway, as Islandbabe said - I really think you are jumping the gun to assume a return at this point and I will keep fingers crossed for you

Ca7r10na,
I agree with you that CIC is taking more time to process applications which are having previous history under FSW PR. Dont know what could be the reason though. They should be able to check applicant's history with UCI number/file number and move on with the application.

I sent my application early June under the NOC 2174. I had an issue though. I sent the older version of the schedule 3 form. I know one other person got their application returned because of the older schedule 3 form. I remember few more forum members also sent the older schedule 3 form. Did any of them got their CC charged or application returned recently ?

Jars I'm in the same boat, my application reached CIO on June 24th and I'm only now realising that Schedule 3 was updated and I also submitted the older version. As if the high probability that my app being too late isn't enough, you're suggesting that despite including an ECA from WES, CIO would return my application simply because I used an older version of Schedule 3 seems absurd but who knows. Given that CIO is now processing apps received mid-may, maybe you could submit the newer version of Schedule 3 to be appended to your original app. Are you absolutely sure the app was returned because of the version used, if so this stuff is for the birds!

Dear Friends,

I think CIO has already evaluated the applications for completeness check atleast upto 15-16 May 2013.

So now just its the question of queue for eligibility check ??

What my dear other members thinks, please comment ! !

FYI I am a Mrs. and I never drink and My husband is a Neuro Physician practicing in very well known hospital in India.

Right now I have just finished project work and was just testing the modules written by my Juniors and finding any glitches.... and making it ready for the final deployment by tomorrow afternoon.
