Hmmm sounds fair enough looking at the 2174 and 2147 numbers on the spreadsheet!!!!

If someone's worried of being snooped by FBI or similar agencies - then don't use Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, or any other US company.. And in lite of recent findings - also don't use any UK server or webmail or web site who's data is going over the pan-continental optic fibers, towards US.
The rest of it, like - having your own custom made chat application, that's used by you in one room and your kids in the other, over your own local server machine, provided that the whole thing is off the main grid - is safe!

I'm kind of kidding, but as we learned in past month - that's not a joke material anymore.

Sharing data like this didnt harm anyone's application, even by as many as possible applicant we can assume real picture at CIC, just like Finite Element. . . . .;D

yes I agree the situation is like that. Even I was initially hesitant to share my info... but then I thought of meeting and interacting with so many good people from across the globe and future friends in Canada! ;D And I am not disappointed at all.

There are still 33 applications from forum spreadsheet till 10 may 2013 who didn't reported anything.I believe most of them are silent readers.Please update everyone here so that people can analyze well and keep them calm

@ Adrenalineforu .. Contacted bank today. They haven't called back on the encashment of DD :-\

Jigzy I have also checked with my bank about the possible encashment of DD, since my salary account is with Stabdard Chartered, but the bank told me that they cannot see the encashment of the cheque due to them they said they don't have visibility whether it has been encased or not..(This information directly I have check with the Bank Branch last week where the draft has been made) since the online banking ppl won't be able to help you on that.
