Houston, I have a problem..
I applied for FSW couple of weeks ago. My application package was delivered to CIC on 10 May 2013. I would like to update the Fee Payment Form (IMM5620E). My credit card that was indicated on previous Fee Payment Form that was sent with the application package is not valid anymore.
I've sent an e-mail with scan of updated Fee Payment Form to CIC
I've sent an e-mail with scan of updated Fee Payment Form to my visa ofice (Tel-Aviv)
I've sent the updated signed Fee Payment Form to CIC by fedex with short cover letter. delivered 6/19/13, signed by D.MAJETTY.
I've called to CIC call center, but they can't do nothing..
any thoughts? or I will just cross the fingers and wait?

@ Geverok - I don't see them flexible enough to accept requests over and above a package that you sent already. They'll not take the pain of completing an application on behalf of the applicant.

Could one of the moderate please update the spreadsheet with 2113 info in the "Application Charged, by NOC, Date" Tab. It has some very important info to analyze. Thank you guys for doing a great job maintaining the spreadsheet.

It is clearly mentioned by the CIC that the DD must be valid for 6 months and CC at least 9 months valid from the date it reaches CIO. You haven't paid attention initially and/or done a mistake, and now CIO won't do it on your behalf now. This is how CIO works.

Hi,
Calculations on the spreadsheet are based on the numbers of the previous years. Also, they have not considered purticular NOC, all the NOC categories are considered in arriving the % of global applications vs applications on the spreadsheet.
As you mentioned, no one is sure about 9 of the forum members are in the CIC updated number 15. It may be true considering the fact all of them got their CC/DD charged before 24 when the latest updates were out.
Please note that the spreadsheet is only for information purpose and does not reflect exact numbers. Actual number of applications may be much less or more.
Hopefully, we all pray that you should be correct with your calculations and there are only 160 applciations for NOC 2174 (Which I know is highly impossible though).

Keep waiting for further updates on the cap from CIC so that we can have clear picture on the numbers.

Calculations from last years is baseless since FSW 2013 Credential evaluation is required and that opened up only in last week of April. i know milo who had to wait for ECA for weeks to reach and many lucky who got them on time. so chill don't bother to much of comparison with last year.

@ Geverok - This could happen with anyone, no doubt. This is sad. If you have not already reported a loss to your bank, simply ask them to disallow all transaction because you are moving out of the country or whatever reason but only open an international transaction to CIC, Canada worth CAD 1100. I know it works because a similar request has worked for me earlier for some other reasons (but this can be risky at the same time if your bank does not follow as you ask them to do!). Same can happen to your's if your bank permits.

[Only because of this fear, I kept my CC in my cupboard almost two weeks ago. Only take it out when car needs a refuel and then put it back. I'm glad I exercise preventive measures.]

I dont think anyone of above will work.

your cc should be charged within a week as your application was reached on 10th may (this is guess based upon currend sitution)
is it possible for you to have same card (new one) form bank and old one blocked?
I am not sure bank can issue that but this is what you can try form bank (that is also immidiately)
other thing if possible can your bank block all the transition other than to cic?

means anyhow you need to clear your payment with same which you have submited with your application.

Give them advance payment for CIC fee and then will definitely unblock your card for this transaction.

I say you call the courier and request to freeze the package where it is and send the new package and ask them to combine them together to cic

I checked my application status on following site using UCI which I received for my visitor's visa. I received this UCI after I filed for FSW-13. Basically they used same UCI for my FSW13 application.

It says that my application for Permanent Residence Application Status is "in process".
It also shows when my application was received by them (8th of May).

Not a lot of information but lets see how it goes in future.

YOUR FILE WILL RETURN DEFINATELY..I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT WAIT TILL YOU GET YOUR FILE BACK TO YOU.
YOU MUST HAVE COPY OF THE FILE WHICH YOU HAVE SEND..SO AGAIN SEND FILE WITH ANOTHER DD OR WITH CC DETAILS..
PREVIOUS ONE WILL RETURN BACK TO YOU WITH DD..
DONT WAIT FOR THE FILE WHICH YOU HAVE SEND...

THERE IS NOTHING HARM IF YOU RESEND YOU FILE WITHOUT WAITING FOR OTHER FILE.

Not going to work!!! Re-sending the file would need originals such as PCC, Banker's letter, Transcripts, ECA, IELTS, etc. The copy of IELTS, etc and an associated reason is not going to work because CIC is going to return the package flagging 'Incomplete'. So there is no point of 'a copy' and 'an explanation', you see.
