Update : I collected my stamped passport with COPR today from VFS office, Ahmedabad

God's Grace and wishes of loved ones...
I thank the champions of this forums to help me through this journey...
I was rejected once, but people picked me up and put me on track again...
I dont want to list names, bcoz there were many...

Please Help

I am silent member of this forum. Thank you all for the valuable information you always provide.

I have applied in may 2013 and my file was transferred to New Delhi in september 2013 from that day till today i didn't receive any communication from CHC.
on 15 september 2014 i have applied for Case Specific Enq. and Also sent the email to CHC at the same day, but still no reply from CHC also.

Please give me you opinion what you all think about my case... (any suggestion is appreciable)

Charging:

Currently we are having 18 June Charges

Current CAP Status:

CIC indicates that they have received a total of 4598 Applications.

Processing:

We have NDVO, London VO, HongKong, Paris, Singapore, Accra, Bucharest and Warsaw File Transfers and Processing.

Medical:

CPC-Ottowa obviously as well as London, Bucharest, Hong Kong, Bucharest, Manila, and NDVO

Passport Request:

Several Requests at CPC-Ottowa and 1 at Manila

Visa Issued:

Mexico VO, CPC-Ottawa

is it this information for FSW 2013? or 2014?

Hi Friend,
NDVO has started issuing DMs and PPRs. I am sure in this week you will receive your PPR2. I know one more guy in our NDVO watsapp group who got DM along with me. Just hang in there, NDVO has a diwali bumper planned for all of us. Moreover the NDVO watsapp group is full with 50 members, but i will keep my eyes peeled if there is an opening and recommend you..

"You have not provided sufficient evidence of employment and of performing the actions and duties of NOC 2134 during the period from 2003 to present."

They gave us 30 days to provide any additional information or documentation to further support my application and prove that I do in fact meet these requirements/criteria.

And now I saw this in my ECAS

We started processing your application on September 23, 2014.

Does it mean that my appeal went thru?

What to expect next? What is the timeline after receiving this update from them?

Hi Guys,

I am an FSW 2014 applicant. My NOC is 2174 and VO is NDVO. I received my MR today. In the required documents to be sent along with Medical Request I was asked to send a completed Schedule 1 form. I gather that Schedule 1 is for Temporary Resident Visa. Below are the exact words -

"Schedule 1: A separate and newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration form Please provide us with updated Schedule A for your spouse and complete Question 6 (g). This must be received at this office by: 2014/11/23"

Has anybody in this thread seen this? Is it a typo from the VO or am I really supposed to send a filled in Schedule 1 form? Please let me know. Your inputs would be very helpful and help me in taking the next step.

Eventually, Today (Oct-2) We received medical request from Warsaw VO. ;D ;D

It takes too long from addition of second line in ECAS "we have started processing your application on july-20th" to receive this email, but we remained patient. I know some other friends from Warsaw VO has the same situation. but don't worry! I hope other friend get their update soon!
