@ Huangxyqjy, Good Morning .......Any updates on the Chinese forum????? Are there quite a few more CPP-0 applications waiting for CC charges, or are the at home applicants just awaiting ECA and sending off packages???

No update, No more CPP-O applicants noticed.
Do have some early bird but so far no cc charges heard yet.
Most ppl are Sending package late May, which I am afraid weather they can fall in cap.
As there is no spreadsheet yet, I only have a roughly idea above.

Why do I feel that currently CIO is not working on applications from India/China visa offices?
I hope someone makes my statement wrong by reporting his/her CC charge this week.

I got sms from my Bank stating that my CC has been charged and my eyes were like ... Then continuing reading it, i found that it was my wife (which has a supplementary card on my card) who was buying things from the supermarket!!!! :'(

This probably can help us to know what time CC getting charged and any particular day

Mine was charged on Jun 20, 2013. According to Pakistan Standard Time (which is in fact 9 hours ahead then NS Time), my CC was charged at around 8 pm.......plus minus half an hour....

Speaking of a heart attack. Last week I was in the shower and I missed a call from the bank. They left a voice mail from stating my card was charged and I should contact them immediately to authorize the transaction. So my heart started racing and I got all excited. I rushed to the phone to call them back only to find out that my card was hacked and someone charged a lot of transactions to it. Luckily it was my debit card and not my credit card!!

I got it quickly sorted out and told them to watch the credit card and that CIC would be charging xxx amount to it.

If so, then it's the easiest for me - I paid upfront in cash, at beginning of May and sent an app 40 days later.
So I have nothing to lose.. only can gain $1400 if my app was rejected! There's something good in everything. ;D
