Well they normally update their web sites i.e. ecase in more than a months time, my ecase was updated almost two months after I had even sent the Medical Test.

They will update it sooner or later.

Relax, though I know its easier said than done.

Got my ECA and now can score 23 points in education. Now I am filling my forms and rechecking all docs during this I found following discrepancies

1. In my passport my name is Maheshinder Kumar (without any space in Mahesh & Inder) but rest of the documents its showing Mahesh Inder Kumar (with space in Mahesh & Inder) please advise do I need to give any affidavit or this will work without this name.

2. As I do not have any family Name but in generic form IMM0008 the family name is required, please advise me what to write in Family name as leaving this blank is not allowing me to validate the form.

3. My wife surname is different in my son's Birth Certificate. its written Sharma instead of Prashar, please advise do I have to submit a affidavit for this.

This is acceptable. No affidavit required.

This should be as per your passport. I assume its blank in your passport. So, in the form, you need to write your full name under Surname/Family name and "Not Applicable" in First Name.

You need a notarized affidavit with justification and attach with birth certificate

In 2013 cap of 300 gt filled in just 26-28 days for noc 1112.
This year i think it will be filled by june & few july applicants.

Hello Friends, admins and dearest ilandbabe,
Missed you all since I wasn't much active due to busy settlement period.

Here I am, writing after a long time about tasks I went through. Anyone who needs information or help can send me a personal mail about any of following processes. I am writing with my personal experience which can differ from few other friends but Pls ignore if that's the case.

1. I landed in feb 2014 without any troubles in immigration formalities.
2. Had a good encounter with unexpected long Toronto winter but enjoyed it.
3. Went through the medical formalities for my wife being pregnant and had a beautiful baby girl in June.
4. Fortunately got a similar job like I had in India just after 25 days in Toronto. Thanks to guidance from this forum and God.
5.Applied for my mother in law's visitor visa and got her here to take care of my wife and baby.
6. Had a nice time at work and made many local friends at work and in BAPS temple.
7. Got another but permanent job as solar pv engineer in Vancouver with a French MNC company. I resigned from Toronto job and moved to Vancouver last week.
8. Had good experience with movers for my stuff.
9. Moved my car from Toronto to Vancouver.

And now got a nice apartment facing Rockies to spend good days with family.
