Yesterday, I received Medical, PCC, RPRF from CEM.(Manila V.O)


I have one question that, CEM has given me 30 days time frame for me to submit my PCC from India, Japan and Korea.
For India PCC from Korea, I have to contact Indian Embassy in Seoul. As per website it says that it will take 45 days to obtain it.

I am bit worried that how the time frame of 30 days will sufficient.
Please give some suggestions in this regard.

Guys I have a problem. Suddenly my Decision Made in ECAS changed to Inprocess today. But inside when I click the hyperlink it still shows "A decision has been made. The office will contact you."
What does this mean? Is it just a simple error or are they gonna reject my file or something? I got DM on 6th March 2014 and I didn't get my passport back yet.

I feel at home whenever I log into this thread.

Reminds me of the old days when we started more than a year ago with hopes in our eyes looking at a better life from there.

Help and being helped, we climbed every single step forward with occasional step-back but never letting in on a permanent setback; never giving up.

Some names to remember, some names to forget ! Their smiles and humor, however, still lives in the heart. Once converged from different sections of life and culture, we slowly move to our busy lives back apart!! But I must say, many of us are here to stay.

Mix of feelings - joy and sorrow - some moved ahead and some still to follow! We have some brothers left behind, looking up at their dream life past today and tomorrow!!

I wish everyone best of luck for the remainder process in FSW 2013 and encourage those who could not make it last year, to apply again in 2014.

I need help from you. You have mentioned in one of your post that you had Unversity sealed transcript but not the Academic Request Form. I have same situation, university sealed transcript from Cyprus is available but not the Academic Request Form.

Hi Simal,

Yea, I had University Sealed Transcript from U.S.A University.
As mentioned on WES website, criteria's are mentioned as what is mandatory and what is not (Country Wise). Please go through the same. If it is required from Cyprus, then you can ask registrar/controller to sign it for you or you can ask them to write the same things on their letter head. It is generally accepted by WES.

Seniors please help,
Request your opinions on the below:
a) If employment requirements under NOC say "Masters IS required" (NOC 4011 University Lecturer) and ECA says my Masters is equivalent to Canadian Bachelors, do I still qualify as a FSWP?
b) Can I email CIC on the above doubt and will they reply? If yes, can anyone help me with the CIC email id.

Friend, sorry to say ECA outcome should be equv. to the NOC edcu. requirement otherwise appl. may be rejected (still you can apply and try, if they are not accepting they will send back without taking any payment. So only courier charge is the loss. But instead of assuming you can make at attempt)
