Thanks for your reply. I am from Chennai. I already have a PCC taken on Sept 2013. Is this still valid now?

If you have taken the PCC from Chennai Police, then it should ideally be valid for a year. Whereas the PSK suggests that their PCC is valid for 6 months - atleast that's what was told to me by a officer in PSK, B'lore.

It takes only 3-4 hours to get a PCC from PSK, would suggest you take a new one. All the Best!

Hello fellow FSW 2013 applicant, I just want to ask those who had undergone their Medicals...I was wondrin' about having kidney problem , IgA Nephropathy ( positive protein in the urine)will be denied to enter Canada?

Please share your experience or knowledge about this case.Thanks

I've received an stupid email from SG VO asking for me and my wife HSC & SSC certificates and transcripts. Anybody got similar email after PER. How to send additional docs ... by post or by email attachment.

I think sending these docs as an attachment with CSE should suffice.

Fortis, Bangalore seems to be way too slow for uploading medical reports. I have done my meds on Feb 22nd, till date ECAS doesn't show the 3rd line whereas Hospital says they have uploaded it on Feb 26th.

God only can help us!

Thanks so much for responding perfusionist! My relative lives in Calgary - can I include his address? Also, if you wouldnt mind, can I ask if you know that indicating a friend/relative's address in Canada is permissible from CIC documentation/correspondence? This is just for my peace of mind!!! I tried looking through the email I got, and also the CIC website and couldnt find much!

ALSO, CONGRATULATIONS & GOOD LUCK WITH THE REST OF YOUR PROCESS AND ALSO THE TRANSITION IN TO CANADA!!!!!

I think there should be no problem including your relatives address. IMHO, CIC should have no issues with this. They only need an address to ship the passport. I read some posts from different forums and I believe people have done this.

But again I am not an expert, so its up to you to make this decision.

I think ailments which can be cured with general procedures/medications shouldn't be considered as contarints - my 2 cents.
