Waiting for MR.

Sleepless nights during April and May while sending application. we were in hurry and tense to get place in cap.

NDVO should understand to clear MAY applicant. whats the reason to pick the files randomly.

whats the reason for giving us sleepless night.

No, can't send ,as per per email we have to wait for 6 months from AOR date.

Friends...need help from CPPO applicants.
Per advice from other forum member, I did check on amazon dot ca for the the xpresspost envelope. But looks like it is unavailable now.
Does anyone have any other idea of where we can buy these?

Dont worry mate. the BGC's are happening for real... there is absolutely no doubt about that, the worst part being the checks happening after PP request and RPRF fee encashment. but then, genuine applicants who haven't submitted any false information have nothing to worry about. As long as you can explain your position, you dont have to worry about it. ATB

That's true dear...But are they doing BGC's for all the category or randomly??And for how many days it will be continued??

No idea Chintu...But a wild guess: I observed most of the Physios applied from India and that to from a particular part of country (like Gujarat)..so they may have some doubts and verifying it.I contacted my lot of physio friends in Canada but none said they ever faced BGC like this.And most of them said usually CHC don't do much verification for medical aspirants...Not sure how much truth is this.

Anyways if everything is genuine then we should not worry, but asking near by shops and residence to identify a person from a passport sized photograph is too much in my opinion.

I would suggest VFS as they provide sms on each status.
You can also request VFS to collect on your behalf from CHC after stamping. That is more safer then Registered post.

You just need to show the email containg the request to submit passport that should be good to send through VFS.

Could you clarify that we can send PP,RPRF through Bluedart or through VFS?

Is it true that if you have to send it through VFS we need to get the request from NDVO only then can send through them else it has to be through private couriers?

I havent got the MR yet but trying to get clarifications!!!

That's correct but if you don't get chance to explain because I know they don't ask anything to the applicant. In one case they only inquired near by shops and staff of the clinic.The applicant was on long leave (I think some injury)..and they uttered words to them people have faked their experiences etc. So here I believe applicant didn't got any chance to explain.and you can explain only if someone asks.

I think BCG's are also depends on luck and circumstances.

Although I am not the principal applicant (my wife is) I tried to reach her previous employer and you know what they denied me to provide any information to me.When I tried hard they said lot of patients now can't help and the phone banged...

So just thinking how they will behave with CHC guys.

Hi All,

Apologies for delay in Update.

I got my Passport back with Stamp and COPR today.

Admin request you to please update the status.

Thanks to all who helped be to sail through this journey. I would not name any one because i might busy someone.

Below is the timeline post medical for forum reference .

1 - received Medical email to complete in 60 days on 19 Dec
2- received another email on 21 Dec to submit Medical , Fees , PCC India( not submitted with Application ) and Passport by 9 Feb.
3- That means from intial 60 days to submit medical they changed to 50 Days for due date
4- Second Line was added Started processing application on 18th ( So one day delay in receiving MR from processing)
5- Completed medical on 30 Dec
6 - Not Sure when did the Medical recivied line appeared( But assuming that it was 1 -Jan -2014 because my visa is Valid till 1-1-2015)
7- Submitted PCC, Fees and PP on 9 Jan 2014 to VFS Hyderabad , Reached CHC 10 Jan 2014
8- Fees encased on 16 Jan 2014 as per bank ( But reciept they have returned with passport is of 13 Jan 2014)
9- Status changed to Decision made on 12 Feb 2014
10 VISA issue date is 10 Feb 2014 ( the Very next working day of my Due date of submission)

All the best to other forum buddies who are waiting for the next step .

two conclusion

1) Visa Valid is normally 1 year from Medical received
2) I respective of when you submit doc or fees encased , the VISA is stamp post your Due date ( which is your bring forward date)
