Hello Guys
Today I received an email from LVO asking for a couple of documents. Below is the exact text of their query:

Now i have few questions:
1. First of all, the year 2008 what they mentioned in email is wrong. In the form it is 2007. So the actual gap is 2 months (may 2007 to July2007). So it seems that they do not accept 2 months gap. Is my understanding correct?

2. Also they have mentioned to provide history from age of 18. So even though the form specifies "since age of 18 or last 10 yrs, whichever is more recent", i will fill from 18 years of age.

3. In my own schedule A form, I have similar gaps (upto 2 months) and history for last 10 years only (not from 18yrs) but as they have not asked for it, i intend not to re send. Is is ok or shall i resend my form as well?

I will appreciate any advice from you guys regarding this.

Thanks for sharing the above. I think you should specify everything from the age of 18, I did that.

- Gaps equal to or more than two months is not acceptable.
- its no harm to resend your updated schedule A form too.
- who is visa officer? My visa officer is Laura. I replied to her on the same type of email to me. She is very quick in replying and that too detailed replies. I had 3/4 email exchanges daily during last 2/3 days. You may send your queries back to the visa officer. Keep in mind for strictly professional communication with minimum repeated questions.

as i mentioned earlier the officer from Ottawa asked for immigration documents to add my child
i updated the forms and will send them with a copy of the birth certificate but i dunno if i should send pics and the credit card form !!
the boy is Canadian and when i called the call centre earlier this month they said just a copy of the birth certificate is required as the boy is a Canadian citizen!!!
the officer mentioned nothing about the fees or pics...just said copy of birth certificate and immigration docs

any advices??

Having majority of the applicants got their passport requests and even got their visas..
I had submitted my application on 15 may 2013. received aor from NDVO on 6 Sep 2013 but I havent yet received the medical and passport request. I dont know where my application is stuck..atleast I should get some communication from NDVO.. I am waiting for a long time..I feel discriminated

Pls comply with their requirement by sending only that what is requested.

You can also attach the email you received from CPP-O for sending docs to add your boy with a cover letter.

Dost we all are in same boat I am a May 23rd Applicant and still waiting for MR... Last week raised a CSE with NDVO and received a below response...

Urgent: guys in saudi arabia..... For pcc india do v need to submit all indian passports old n present......and do they actually write on the passport whether pcc cleared?
