it is 100 % required to send all the pp even the expired one bcoz that is how they check and verify the past travelling record of yours ,which is a part of security check of the applicant ....
letter asking about the pp itself states that " all travelling docs."

Just curious to know, do we get any confirmation from NDVO or line added in E-cas for passport receipt...... although as per courier those are shown as delivered but NDVO confirmation is more satisfactory as those are very important documents.....

Just now checked the ECAS after seeing the yellow update in NDVO Spread Sheet.

My ECAS status showing 'Decision Made' in First page instead of 'In Process' and a 4th line added to the second page "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Hope a positive decision has been made.

FSW 2013.
Application sent : October 29,2013
Application received: October 31,2013.
Visa Office: Canada
PER: January 23,2014.
NOC: 3141
IELTS: 7.0 in all band, submit with application

Also, I need seniors on this forum to advise me, as my PER mail does not specify my visa office, it just read your application will be sent to a visa office. I applied from Canada, as I am on work permit here. Which visa office will my application be sent to?
Also, I have lived in two countries, prior to coming to Canada on work permit, but I only include one of the countries Police report, should I go ahead and get the second police report or wait for further instructions from CIC/Visa office?
Lastly, what is the next thing I should expect, and what is the time frame.

I received MR on 1st feb and Medical forms today.

My Medical forms are blank, means I need to fill them manually.

Is it same for your case?

I would suggest that you should immediately mail them ...In my medical mail it was written that If you are unable to view the attached document or did not receive a document, please advise us by forwarding this e-mail to https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi
so forward your medical mail to them on the above mentioned mail ID

Hi seniors,

Sorry was away travelling for few weeks so could not catch up with the forum.

I got the email from CIC stating that my application was returned on 5th December because of cap reached. But I haven't got my application back yet. Spoke to the post man as well who delivers ordinary, speed post and all parcel. He said I haven't got any application back to deliver. I called CIC about 10 days ago and he said the same info of return.

As you all know in application package there is original DD, IELTS mark sheet and WES doc available. what should I do to get them all back?? At the moment no clue whatsoever about my application... ??? ???

Also, Any possibility of FSW in 2014 so I can reply??? OR its still not clear whether there will be FWS in 2014 or not??

No confirmation. You can keep a tab of the DD you submitted along with your passports. If the DD is encashed, you can assume that they have also received your passports.
