I agree with Javiya. You do not need to send renewed passport to NDVO. There is no need at this stage. Passport number is not mentioned on MR.
IF you send renewed passport than you should send the IMM008 forms again with new passport details.

Actually, there is addition of spouse name in both passports & address change in my wife's passport. So this is the prime reason i want to update this info with VO.

Mine is also the same case. Embassy do not consider passport as marriage proof. For that, you must have already submitted marriage certificate. We need to inform VO if there is a change in our mailing address which is not your case. I suggest we should not make our case unnecessary complicated.

As far as my knowledge serves for medicals you need valid passport , passport takes 30 days for renewal , so you can do renewal at he time of getting your Visa.

Since you are 2013 applicant , I am sure that you will get MR by June-2014 , you are safe - Do not take un-necessary pressures.

Well guys, here is some news from my side... my DD has not yet been encashed.. the bank goes as far as saying that it has not been submitted for clearing... From the recent trend of assessment, CIO should be onto my application a week ago... that means, my mistake (elaborated on my signature) has cost me my chance this year. ima sue my consultant...

1- from where should i get .... MEHSANA OR ANAND ???
2- HOW much time it takes to get PCC once we submit all documents ???
3- and what is this CERTIFICATE FROM MUNICIPAL CORPORATION which they ask for ???

PCC should be obtained from the place of domicile of the past year... so you should get it from anand. PCC may take 3-25 days depending on the amount of bribe you are ready to pay...

congrats for MR, PPR.....u can get pcc within 15 days max....but it depends on the PSK.....and you can get character certificate from MC....I think they need character certificate. ....

I am from nadiad, you have to apply for pcc from anand DSP office. you will get pcc form from DSP office of anand and they will take max 1 week to give you police certificate. You don't need to apply in municipal corporation.

Don't loose hope man
Your DD will be en-chased and You will definitely get good news from CIC.
For your mistake you already taken appropriate measures.
There are some instances CIC accepted such documents later stage also.
I can understand your feelings that CIC already worked on your file.
But I firmly believe that, its totally depends on efficiency of VO/verification clerk
There are some instances such as in our NOC 2134, Dec 2 nd applicant got PER, where as Nov 7th applicant still waiting for PER
So try to be relax and wait with hope.
I have very big concern about you since our applications received at same time.

I am hoping that you will definitely get good news.
