Below is the email conveying my MR today. Can others LVO applicants confirm they got the same thing:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.



We require the following to be sent within 60 days:



-medical examination results for you and your family **instructions will be emailed to you separately. A separate form will be sent for each family member. If you have not received them within 48 hours, please contact us**



-updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms for you and your spouse **the Schedule A forms must be accurately completed up to date and should not show any gaps in dates. Questions 8 and 12 must be completed from age 18. The forms can be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**



-updated UK police certificates for you and your spouse **we assume you are still resident in the UK. If you are not, then please advise us. Details of how these may be obtained can be found on our website www.cic.gc.ca**



-updated passport copies (bio pages) for all family members



-Right of Permanent Residence Fee **bank draft for CAD 980 payable to The Receiver General for Canada is required**

the officer from ottawa sent me an email today to provide a more detailed employment reference letter and additional documents to add me canadian child to my application .. i dunno why its getting complicated

I got an email from LVO requesting updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms.

They have also sent a form "IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM" to be filled up as well.

What do I understand by this email.

I dont know what they are ding in warsaw vo
All i know is that they stopped issuing mrs even for 2010 applicants
I think it take 6 or 7 months for them to get to 2013 applicants
Its not really fair

Is there another person who got MR Request from Manila VO?

In my case, I got med & RPRF first. After they were submitted, I got passport request. I guess it depends on the visa office. I have seen some people from other visa offices where they receive the three requests at the same time. My VO is CPP-O.
