...and to top it up, I must say, they should not withhold anyone's Passport that long for never know when one may need it. 2 Months or so is a long time.I2C said:Its been exactly 2 months today since my passports were received by the Embassy and nearly 9 months since application.
Most of us have our own personal reasons for having applied in first place for FSW program. Wish they could realize how personal and professional lives are impacted, the future altered, present affected, sacrifices made just waiting and waiting.....
Seeing that their reply to any query can be expected anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks and let's say I have to travel to China in the next one month, will I be asking them when they will send me the stamped PP or should I ask them to return the PP, stamped or not, because I have to resubmit for China visa and I have less time left seeing that even returning the passport via national post can itself take 1-2 weeks?
Worsen the situation when the person is not in home country and had to send the PP to consulate abroad.
