Not exactly,I have seen Colombo VO starts medicals subject to other clearance(BG etc) enabling all applicants to go panel phy. Other thing according to my understanding ,SL law does not permit to keep someone passport and mail or courier. Therefore when all ok they request passport morning and hours of time stamp visa

i am not an expert but one thing which i can add is that embassies doesn't come under any local law as they got immunity , had that not been the case they would have got 5000 RTI's everyday from the applicants . RTI means right to information which is everybody's right here in india .

Dear Canada3211, you have two options if you do not like Indian Speed post service.

Option 1 : Send passport through BlueDart courier. They deliver it next day to embassy.

Option 2: Use VFS services for sending your passport and other documents. But they use Bluedart for sending it. VFS will charge you slightly more than BlueDart but they authorized by CHC to operate for visa courier services.

I am also from Gujarat and sent my passport by BlueDart on 11th Dec. It reached NDVO on 12th Dec.

So goahead and do not hesitate. Check all documents, medical, DD,PCC and your cover letter before you send it to CHC.

The FSW process is tricky just from the AOR till MR's....this is the most complicated part which we can't make any guesses until and unless one exactly knows the stages.

IS THERE ANY NEPALESE OUT HERE.WHERE IS THE GOOD PLACE TO DO MEDICAL IN NEPAL. AND WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS IT IS REQUIRED TO DO MEDICALS DONE.

What cover letter should be attached while sending passport.n rprf draft ?
Which bank can be approached for making rprf draft ?

As per cic website you can either go to IOM or International Clinic (http://www.nepalinternationalclinic.com/)
Both are e enabled.
they will upload within 2-3 days from the medical done.
You will have to do medicals within the time limit given in MR email.
You can just attach main email which has request for rprf, pp as cover letter. no any other special letter is required unless you have something else like addition of family members, change in address etc.
if you are making rprf in CAD $ you can do from any bank like Standard Chartered or Nepal Investment Bank. In my knowledge there are only 3-4 banks which will make DD in CAD$ but if you want to make in INR then you can do it from any bank.

Hello plz need. Immense as my IVR states that your application was recieved on 26 nov 2013 but when I check ecas it shows nothing what does mean plz comment
