I was expecting this charge next week since the last App charged last week was from a Nov 7 applicant but i guess its come early. So in my opinion, applicants up till Nov 18 should be in the latest Cap Update. Chukwu d'aalu oo..

dear i have degrees in Human resources and further MBA and only 1.3 years experience in occupational health and safety and remaining in Human resource management though my HR experience also include some duties of health and safety,I am bit worried as do they consider education should be relevant to experience as in my country HR people do the job of occupational health and safety plz give ur comments

Go ahead, it would be a proper use of the waiting time! It will definitely help, I know that there are certain requirements for their government jobs where you have to know both of their official languages to secure one.

There were three NOC's this year 2174 (Computer programmers and interactive media developers) , 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers/designers) and 0211 Engineering managers according the below mentioned education and occupation. For all these categories CAP is filled now. So only those can apply in these NOC's with arranged employment. There is no FSW programme this year. But you can check for sasquatchian nominee programme or Quebec Nominee programme which is still active.

Congratulations dude... hope you get your PER soon... this is good news for all of us who are in queue... i guess as the FSW programme reaches the end, the app review will be faster... all the hot NOCs are full, except 2134 and 2263.... so i guess these apps will be reviewed faster automatically...

From NDVO it appears that the pace of MRs have slowed down lately... since December end. i shortlisted three reasons for this :

* They cleared all the straightforward applications first! ( what's straightforward and whats not is debatable... )
* members who are getting MRs are not reporting it promptly as they get busy with medicals and packing their suitcases
* this is the calm before the storm and we will have an MR rain, in not so distant future, quite similar to the PER rain in which case, i strongly recommend you keep your seat belts fastened

I have a query about my app which i had sent under FSWP NOC 2147 on 9th july 2013..unfortunately i got back my app in dec due to cap reach...along with my app i got a letter from cic about which I am bit confused...and i need ur valuable suggestions so that i can apply next year....the letter says....

Application for Permanent Residence in Canada

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada a s Federal Skilled Worker(FSW). We have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category.

FSW applications received on or after 27 Feb2008 are assessed according to instructions issued pursuant to subsection 87.3 of immigration and refugee. The most recent instruction were issued on May 2013.

You have indicated that you have experience in NOC 2147, and have indicated this occupation as the primary occupation in your application. Your application was received after the maximum of 300 complete FSW applications per NOC 2147 was reached.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged employment offer, or evidence that you are a candidate under Ph.D. STREAM, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial instructions and your application is not eligible for processing....


Now my questions are:
1.they have mentioned first that I am not eligible under this category...... does this mean I am not eligible under noc 2147???

2. they have also mentioned that my app was received after 300 apps.....is this the only reason for rejection or i am not eligible under noc 2147 plus app received after cap reach???

Just received all the MR form in mail as it was mentioned they will send in 48 Hrs in yesterdays email. feeling good after a very long wait. Wish every one get their MR by Jan End.

The only delay is UK police clearance for which i have to wait. its going to take 2 weeks.
