guys i have ised one of my friends Credit card details (with his signatures) on the fee payment form. Do u think it is ok and CIC will accept it?
actually at that time i dont have my own CC bit now i have my own.

It will be acknowledged provided the information filled was correct and the original copy of the form you sent was duly signed by your friend.

The important point is years of experience and your JD matching the NOC ( few other things like salary , hours of work etc need to be there as well )


You can work in only One company for 10 years , that perfectly fine. If you are still doing the same job/ duties , you can make it as present tense as you are still doing the same stuff , but if you used to do that you can very well make past tense , but make sure to mention how many years of exp on that JD you had , coz that counts.

I think the letter should go like this. This is one of the many correct ways of doing this thing.

Hi Devkis,
I would suggest you to go ahead and apply for your FBI report once you got your PER or AOR, I got mine in May and still they asked me to resubmit again.. Its going to take time and at the end you wont have time... Go ahead and apply once got PER.

Feels like 0211 NOC has gone cold. 2nd week July applicants are receiving MR requests but I am still waiting...but m cool....!! 8) 8) 8) Looks like NDVO is in Christmas frenzy......will have to wait till 2nd Jan for some action....!!

It is clearly advised that PCC should be submitted to CIO/Visa Office which are issued less than 3 months ago. Therefore, It will be most probably rejected if you submit your PCC now or later to NDVO. Therefore ordering a new PCC matching to your timelines in NDVO would be a better choice to avoid any delay in processing.

You are right in your claim that you will get exactly similar PCC as you didn't visit USA after October 2012 but your claim would carry proper weight if you would have submitted your first PCC within 3 months of issue date.

Congratulation to all who have received PER, MR, RPRF and PPR.

I am in a quandary. Request your suggestions.

I worked in US earlier. So I had requested for FBI criminal check record. However, I received it after I sent the application. I had included just my PCC from India.

1. Does NDVO accept FBI PCC if its old? I got it in June.
2. If so, will I need to reapply again once if I get PCC request from NDVO?
3. I had ordered two copies of criminal check for both my spouse and I. Would it be prudent to send one copy to NDVO now, without them asking for it?

Since getting FBI PCC from India takes time (may be even more than 2 months), I am little worried whether to wait or not. The fact is that I have not stayed in US since October 2012. So even if I request new anytime, it won't be different that what I have today.

Suggestions appreciated.

umm Abdullah,

Cutting on Generic Form of Canada wouldn't be acceptable as electronically filled information is stored in barcode once it is validated. It should be OK on other forms with on spot signature of principal applicant/spouse who ever is supposed to sign at the bottom of the form.

If this form was supposed to be signed by you at the bottom, then I suggest your husband to sign on the spot after cutting & correction and attach a written explanation. I also recommend to take opinion from an expert too.

There is no issue unless the credit card remains valid with required credit limit. You have to keep reminding your friend to leave reasonable credit limit for your transaction.
