NOC list is updated on CIC.GC.CA..i have filed in NOC 3212

So anybody have idea that of which months file have been charged and updated..?

As I said in earlier post that you can send enquiry without this infomation. As far as this information is concerned, this is obtained from courier company which is used to send application. I am afraid your consultant has send your application
Through regular post. In that case, there is no way to get this information.

Can anyone advise me about the confirmation / acknowledgment we receive from the CIC after sending our file to CIC. Like what kind of ackowledgement we receive from CIC that our file has reached successfully to CIC, e.g confirmation on date & time our file has been received at cic and the person who has signed the file.

I am being told by my case representative that they dont have any information like that, even after 77 day from sending the file and they will be only receiving the application no. from cic while my file is being transferred from CIC to concerned VISA office. Is it true . :-X .. please advice...

You can find this info from courier company who delivered you application to CIO. Ask you consultant about tracking number of your package and check delivery timeline on the corier company website

Well, I think your brother's name might be exactly matching with someone having crimial history. I have observed similar problems with couple of my friends in middle east. The only reason of having muslim name doesn't make sense.

Very Obvious it is for muslim name. guess 3-5 months delay bcoz of this, but let me tell you it does not happen with everyone.

You made a good analysis, I really appreciate for that.

Let me clarify one thing, I am not a senior or expert and I also don't consider myself senior or expert at all. Further, I also don't expect that the member(s) should follow my advices/opinions. Having said that, I wrote my opinion by choosing words carefully so that no one get panic. Dear, I wrote "may be considered incomplete supporting documents at CIO" or "may be delayed at local visa office". I never used "WILL BE", therefore I believe no one should get panic in this regard.

I would end this discussion by saying that the fresh applicants can get suggestion/opinion from experts/lawyers and applicants who have already applied shouldn't get panic in this regard.

I am afraid December applicants in 3211 have a low probability of making it to the cap.

@ sharmausct - I think I've answered you yet you repeatedly post the same question everywhere without doing your homework.

Have you spoke to the Gynae yet or not?

unfortunately gynae is not my friend and she don't share her number with her patients and we will have to take appointment to meet her which i have taken already....yes friend you have answered me but each option which I have posted has its limitations...the situation is not that simple....i am searching old threads regarding pregnancy from today morning...got lot of information...but still new suggestion are welcome...even if i choose to go to xray now which you are suggesting, then also my PR visa will expire in Dec 2014..and i will have to add my newborn child before landing there...as he will be coming in june...and passport,birth cert and his medicals will take some time...so it may be possible that i will get his visa in Nov or Dec 2014 and i will have to land in Canada on 10-20 days notice...this has happened to one person in past...so i am posting my question again so that i can get more suggestions which will help me taking a final call...and i guess the whole purpose of this forum is to help others in these kind of tricky situations...
