Yes, same would be considered throughout the processing period and Be assured regarding this. The date on which your file reaches CIO Sydney that date is considered as lock in date and on that your IELTS report should be valid. Thats it !!!

I got my application back they said me to submit copy of completed foreign education credential

it means to submit my college certificates? and can I resend this same application(genric forms) to cic or I have to make new application

Well in order to claim points for education one has to submit following items,
1) Original Education Credential Assessment report from a body designated by CIC such as WES
2) Copies of degrees/certificates and transcripts from secondary school onwards.

I will suggest that you make a fresh set. Don't forget to make other corrections they have made or highlighted in their rejection letter and your forms. Best of luck.

Don't worry Shweta. They aren't going to ask you to reappear for IELTS exam now or later unless you withdraw your application and reapply again.

Dear Seniors
The HR Officer that has prepared my Reference Letter which i submitted to CIO has left the company and migrated to Canada. and on that Reference Letter his mobile number was only mentioned. what i have to do now to save myself. either i will get new reference letter from new HR Officer or i have to inform through email to LVO?
please guide me with true help

LVO doesn't send MR and PPR together.

First MR is sent by LVO then there is considerable time gap of 2-3 months in sending PPR in normal cases.

Hi all

My husband who is the principal applicant too had office verification by the immigration officers (all 3 foreigners). They had drilled the HR Manager of his company for atleast 20 minutes.

They had verified the following

1. Is the person on the photograph of the application, the actual applicant.
2. Is the applicant actually on the payrolls of the company.
3. How long is the applicant working in the company
4. Is the applicants roles and responsibilities mentioned on letter is all correct and true, and is actually performed by the applicant on a day to day basis, point by point!!!!!
5. The document(roles and resp sheet) was signed and sealed by the HR manager, they ahd verified was he the one who had signed the doc and was that his signature and seal on the document!!
6. Overall conduct and representation of the individual was also verified.

My husband works n Bangalore.

Hi all,

Something interesting happened today.
I am 2174 NDVO applicant waiting for MR.
Today morning around 9.30 three people came to office (all foreigners, 2 ladies and one guy).
I was not in office, only security was there.
He told me that they had my photo and the company reference letter I provided.
They asked security if he knows me and how long I am is working here.
Security is working here only for last 1 year and he told them that.
No other people were available to confirm (No HR, manager etc )

I have below questions

1) Has anyone else had this experience before?
2) Since there were no one important in office at that time (no hr, managers etc) will it create any prob
3) My company recently got acquired by another company but we are still in old office. The transition will take time and I am still on existing company payroll. I didnt inform NDVO becoz nothing has changed from my perspective (same office, same managers, same payslip etc). The guys who came here might have noticed the change in log (both old and new log is there in reception, office entrance.
Will this be a problem?

Guys please provide your expert advice. I am really tensed :-[
