Dear ram040479,

If I remember right, you were planning to apply under new SNIP which will be effective from January 2nd, 2014 and settlement plan is one of the requirement of new SNIP. But when you say "I have to submit the same by 2nd of Jan, 2014", I am little bit confused. New SNIP will start electronically on January 2nd, therefore you can apply on or after January 2nd but not by January 2nd. As I can see, they just announced the new program and all the information avaiable on the official wbsite is still for the old program. I suggest to prepare whatever you can until January 2nd and wait for the updated information from them. I am pretty sure that they will mention what they are looking for in Settlement Plan. As soon as they update the website to reflect the new SNIP, I may be able to guide you what to write in Settlement Plan.

I am trying to apply for the SINP program and there they have asked for a 'SETTLEMENT PLAN'. Now I have got a link and have prepared and have got a pdf for the same. However the same seems very very generic and I am unsure as to whether the same is correct or not. I have to submit the same by 2nd of Jan 2014 and that is the date when SINP is going to open with their new changes. If you know anything about the same can you please help.

Please consider request as urgent as lots of other members are also desperate to get into SINP as their applications have been returned due to cap filled here

Just once to get your blood sample if you have any totoos on body do inform them else you will have to do it twice.

Point taken Abu. I said submitting by 2nd Jan 2014, since the details that I have says that prepare the plan, email it to yourselves and attach it as part of the SNIP application. So thought I can keep it ready so that I can straight away submit it on Jan 2nd 2014. I just dont want to miss this opportunity and hence being a touch desperate. Anyways thanks for replying

For your information, I have already got a settlement plan, but since its being very generic, am not sure if that is correct. hence thought can check with this esteemed forums wherein each is the others trusted consultant ;D

I think those applicant who are with MNC or well-known companies OR firm, they might have not gone thr Bg. Check.
Because these companies will definitely not given OR provide false information about their employees. So NDVO
without worry gave MR call to them.( THAT WHAT I BELIEVE), so for remaining phy Bg check might be possible.
(HOW AND WHEN THIS IS AGAIN MATTER OF QUESTION)

NDVO have give a MR on LOT basis.....so i think first they will complete first lot (to whom MR pprf dtc issues)
and latter they will come to second lot. This is because they cannot manage all file at same time, so lot by lot they
might be issuing MR.

Hey perseverance..no news yet buddy. In fact i am waiting for news from Nirmal as he is early may applicant. NMG has got his MR and he is 2174 as well and 15th May applicant. Just hope me and Nirmal get it soon.

Understood your plans now and good to be almost 100% ready. I wouldn't recommend you to submit any generic settlement plan; it must be very specific for you. In the mean time, google for good standing companies in Saskatchewan related to your profession, do a berif search on them from their websites at least, try to find out specific areas where your skills & abilities are perfectly matching or exceeding and based on that, those companies would consider your bright candidate of employment. That research will really help you to build an attractive settlement plan. Don't forget to find out what other skills do you have other than your profession which can help you to find out short term employment unless you find a job in your profession. Please remember any claim regarding your skills & abilities outlined in the settlemen plan must be back up by some sort of certificate/diploma/apprenticeship etc.
