hi i just need your help regarding my appllication last july i applied for noc 3211 and last week i received an email form cic that my application was denied because i didnt submit my fathers birth certificate as proof of relationship with my aunt who is in canada. now im planning to re apply again this week but im worried if cant reach the cap, my returned documents has not yet arrived. what should i do if i want to reapply asap?

september applicants are already charged...means applications of sep applicants are opened those who paid through credit card they know abot their application but those who paid through DD waiting for positive reply from CIC which is expected before christmas.

I submitted my application thru Attorneys. I believe they did submitted DD for my application.So I will be getting update before this month end?

A very strange thing happened today. I just left office and I got a call from my reception saying somebody from the Canadian High Commission was there to meet me for some Q&A. I spoke to them on phone, she said she was Shwetha along with her colleague. I offered to come back but they said it was ok and that they were returning back to Delhi today. She said she would get in touch with me later.

Could anybody tell me what this could mean? I am really worried and feel like kicking myself for having left. Could this mean more delay in getting MR. My AOR was received in July.

my guess here is that u might be just another applicant they removed out for random check. dont worry. best of luck.

I am a 2047 applicant, My application was submitted on 17 may and i got a reply from NDVO on 10 october 2013 regarding file reaching new delhi , since then i am waiting for MR , many candidates who have submitted application after me have got MR , is this a thing to worry , should i enquire from NDVO, or shall i wait .
Plz give your valuable suggestions

Alright, so if the Cap is reached, may be they open the same NOC categories next year (who knows?), but if they do, you should be prepared and ready to apply next year.

For that send your Bachelor and your Masters (if you have) degree documents to WES as requested by them, so you have your credential assessment done.

Second you will need to take IELTS exam and get enough score to make you eligible to apply.

Then you can wait for CIC to open up their NOCs.

I got already pass marks 67. My total marks is 72.
But I need those clarifications which I have mentioned in my earlier post
I am waiting for reopening. It mentioned that 5000 skilled can apply for the 24 Occupations.
Does it means only 300 applicants can apply?

Guys I am sending my PCC with a cover letter now to NDVO. Had been waiting for MR so as to attach with that, but it seems now that MRs for Dec 13 are pretty much wrapped up as we approach end of this week. Most likely we will witness another MR wave in second/third week of Jan 14 now. This communication with cover letter may remind them about dust gathering files of early May applicants hopefully . Enjoy Christmas and New Year (I know this forum is like a drug and we all will still keep checking it multiple times every day )...Best wishes to all...

looking the pattern of bcg they move from kerla to chennai and then banglore...so HYderabad and pune can be next target...

so hyderabad and pune applicant be aware ( just what i feel)

but are bcg only happening for may applicant :-\

today i got application back from cic due to cap,but on my generic form they mention UCI and there is file number on file number there is cross by pencil,some section of generic form tick mark by red pen example principal applicant name,date of birth,passport number,date of issue and date of expiry.i think in UCI they stored these things and rest of information like education, noc, exp. in file number. please comment on my post whether i am right or not.

Same here brother...I also got the AOR from NDVO on 10 Oct...Nothing after that..applications after us have got it....dont know the reason....some NDVO guys have done physical check-ups by going to some people offices...may be that is the delay...but not sure
