But NOC 0211 was closed on October 18th on official site. If i think it was closed, my application wouldn't be received by them.

Official updates are 2 months old applications normally...like now a days applications of Oct first and 2nd week applications are under process.

I had also recieved the ditto email from CIO when I sent an enquiry email. No body exactly knows what doesn it mean. Just to share my experience, my CC was charged after 7 days of receiving this email from CIO and after 1 day of 300 CAP limit announced by CIO.

Automated reply from CIO says that response to the enquiry is expected in 20 working days. I had enquired two times from CIO, response to the first enquiry came in 10 working days while response to the second enquiry came in 12 working days.
