Please update my details. I guess this is it!!!!!!! I just received our passports back from CPP-O, see details below. There is one twist though, they did not put a stamp on our daughter's passport. Not sure if it is because she is a US citizen. Any idea? I will also send inquiry to CPP-O about it. Good luck to everyone that are still waiting!

Visa Issued Date: 11/26/2013
Visa Received Date: 12/5/2013
Visa Expiry Date: 12/10/2014

Here is my more detailed timeline since MR. Hope this helps!
10/04/2013 - Received Med Request
10/11/2013 - Went to the doctor to do the medical
10/16/2013 - Doctor sent results to CIC electronically
10/22/2013 - Police clearance received by CPP-O as per courier tracking system. I also emailed the proof of funds on this day
10/29/2013 - Received passport request
11/06/2013 - Sent passports to CPP-O
11/07/2013 - Passports received by CPP-O
12/02/2013 (06:27 PM) - Xpresspost tracking got activated
12/05/2013 - Passports received

Actually, yesterday evening on way back to home from office my consultant informed me about this news. We are still waiting for Medical forms.

I lived Australia for more than two years and my spouse also had approximate stay of 1 year in Australia. I am writing this because it could help to understand scenario well.

Surely I will post regular update on my case.

Wishing you all (including me) quick and hassle free Permanent residency procedure. May god grant everyone with its extremely pure nectar of love, happiness, health and prosperity.

I don't think so...I have been living in the US from last 5-6 years...no MR yet

The only logical explanations I can think why FIFO isn't followed from our filing dates are:
1. The ones who have already been to Canada / USA will get a quick overview and hence the requests for MR's. Those of us who haven't been to USA / Canada need further scrutiny Etc...

I might be late in replying .
How to send PP and other requested documents? By courier and dot forget to attach the letter they sent you ( the request letter for PP and RPRF)
How to pay RPRF? : You can pay either in INR or CND ( you can find the amount in INR in their website itself) Receiver general of Canada
Then courier all the documents in one packet.

@ all who paid RPRF at NDVO - is the amount Rs 31400 or present conversion rate?
