Thanks for ur good words.
Sorry to inform you that I have not send my passport yet. As I am unable to leave my place till next 6 months, I am trying to delay my timing as it is came to be known that NDVO issues visa only for 6 months.
I am in big dilemma what to do and what not to do about sending passport. If anybody have any good suggestions about this issue, they are heartily welcomed.

its good to see u update evrything in this forum. ur doing a big help for the applicants who r waiting. to my knowledge i guess u ll get ur passport back with a shinging maple leaf in it in couple of weeks...

My consultant has informed me that Paris VO have requested me to do the Medical.

NOC 0211
VO: Paris
MR: 2nd December 2013 with a completion within 60 days
They have also requested the landing fee as well.

Thanks again to you for tirelessly keeping the forum going, giving such good advice.

Note that I did NOT receive an AOR, and my ECAS status is still a one-liner.

Hi All,
Got the medical request from NDVO few hours back.
In the mail it is also mentioned that the last date for submitting the passport is same that of medical. Is it a must to submit passport along with medical ?

ok man let me tell you my experiance in this field ...when my wife applied for her spouse work permit (i have a study permit) CIC required a full immigration medical check for all family members (exact same PR ME) at the very same panel physician and with the very same Forum you submit
the Dr asked if she was pregnant or not coz he could cancel the X-Ray test and mention that in the results (my wife took the test anyway coz she wasn't pregnant) however, there was a check list at the doctor for her to fill b4 the test which includes the pregnancy issue

for my son ( he was 6 months old ) i refused to do the x-ray test for him and the dr cancelled it
the result were submitted and the work permit was approved ( i'm sure it's all about the dr final report uploaded to cic)..they have exceptions that are listed in that checklist

So are you telling that by skipping chest x-ray also there is a chance to goto the next level proceedings?
