How do we pay RPRF with INR demand draft, as the currency conversion is a dynamic thing ? If i make DD today may be it would be lesser/higher value when it reach to NDVO ?

On what name and address we should make DD for RPRF ? Does request from NDVO contains details regarding name of receiver and address etc. related to DD.

Is there any document which can direct you for rough estimation of Medical fees ?

I would appreciate your answers on it .....

Not sure how they equate 490 CAD to 31400 INR. If INR is allowed, I guess that would be a better option, as it would save the commission etc. spent on buying CAD.

hey iktheone ...I see its more based on your application received date at cic .....though there are some exceptions in MR received for few members though they are from june...but I see its mostly as per your application filed date. however there are some may applicants still waiting but they will get it soon may be there files are little time consuming for case officers at VO

three star i just saw 2-3 noc 2174's getting delayed by 2 and half to 3 months after AOR date to get MR. Thats why i felt so. But this thought is only regarding NOC 2174. If we go as per your theory, still people who applied in May 5th or 28th have got MR's so its confusing.

many thanks for the information on time. I did sent a mail to the NDVO on 3rd Dec regarding my newborn and got the same email reply as u have posted today.

As mentioned in the mail did u first reply to NDVO with a signed letter as an attachment mentioning about the change in family composition and requesting them to make necessary changes in ur file.

I assume first u made email correspondance with NDVO with the above mentioned signed letter and then sent the other necessary changed IMM0008, IMM 5406, application fee, passport copy, birth certificate copy etc etc for ur child on later date to NDVO. My confusion is do we need to sent the above mentioned docs with processing fee for child to NDVO or at CIC Canada.

Since our file is at NDVO, I assume the right place is NDVO. am I right????


Also I found that the PP photo requirement given in the email link is different from the IM 7000 FSW application guideline

I was reading through my request letter.
1. I have been asked to submit PCC from ,India , UK and Sweden. I did not stay in Sweden for 6 months , however applied my application from sweden so CIC might not be aware about that. If i provide PCC from India and UK only will that be ok considering the fact that i did not stay for 6 months.

2. I have also been asked to submit Contract letter for my sweden stay and work authorization.
My Work Authorization(Work Permit) is in Swedish. Can someone tell me from where i can get that translated?

If I were at your place, I would send the PCC when CPPO asks at the time of medical request. PCC is valid for 1 year unless you received your PCC 9 months ago and only 3 months are remaining for its validity. If that's the case and you send it now, CPPO may ask for fresh new PCC at the time of medical request if your PCC validity has passed 1 year mark.

ps_gocan, my request letter is same minus the PCC. I will do my medicals first and be in touch with Doctor's office to know when they have submitted the medical report to NDVO. Meantime, I can pay RPRF. After all this is confirmed, I'll send PP by suitable means.

We should also receive another email that will have medicals forms attached to it. I've not received medical forms and I'm sure you haven't too. I also believe there should be some concrete information about RPRF as this current email does not give any clear payment instructions.

I know you are really busy with your formalities. But I need some information. Can you guesstimate the reason why NDVO has not asked you for PCC?

I have submitted PCC for myself (issued in Feb) and for my wife (issued in April) along with my application. Reason I am asking is that if they ask me for PCC when I get my MR request, I want to be ready with it. Now this calls for me to work proactively. Please advise.

Congrats !! to all who have recieved PER, MR and RPRF fees etc.

I want to share a information with you. when you receive the request for medical. donot rush to medical centre . Though you can take the appointment for 3-4 days ahead. I am telling you this because CHC send a second mail attaching Medical forms for all the family members which you need to carry at the time of appointment. If you dont carry the Medical Forms, medical center people attach their own old forms with your report.(which i think is not correct). So Please guys do wait for the Medical Forms for each of your family member. They send an another email for it. I have experienced the same.

I just sent an email regarding the documents required to which I got the reply. But I had sent the documents a day before I received the reply form them. We have to send all the documents to NDVO.
I have sent the photos as per the specification in IM 7000.

I think you are the first one who reported such reply. It seems that something is cooking up at LVO.

It was from a generic email: LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca

My ECAS is still a one liner.

When you applied from Sweden, you might have left blank the TO dates and Visa Office is considering that you are still staying in Sweden. Is your address on ECAS Swedish address?

The best way is to get the Work Permit translated from Embassy of Sweden in India.

Hi Mav,
We submitted our PCCs initially with application. Hence, they did not ask again.
Getting PCC in India is not a lengthy procedure. You apply only if asked. You'll be given time.
