I have a concern regarding my passport/travel document request which I received yesterday with my MR. Below is the copy/paste from my NDVO request letter:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

_ Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for all This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014
_ Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself and spouse. This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert
_ RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and spouse. This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014
_ Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document for all (both new and
old/cancelled if any) to be submitetd after all other requirements are met. (Date format is MM/DD/YYYY)

What does this actually mean? Should I send my passport along with completed MR, PCC and RPRF? Or I will get another letter requesting for passport. Their language is little bit confusing here.

Do any of the other guys who got their passport request along with MR got the same message. Can somebody please share their request letter and give some suggestions regarding the above.

The E-mail was dated 29 Nov 2013..I am very happy and wish everyone to be successfull to get PR.

I swear I totally forgot about Canada during the marriage function but once I landed again Canada started to bite.. :P :P :P :P :P

Feeling blessed and happy and wish best of luck to all :)

Congratulations Sandy....All d best for remaining journey...you r almost there.

ps_gocan, my request letter is same minus the PCC. I will do my medicals first and be in touch with Doctor's office to know when they have submitted the medical report to NDVO. Meantime, I can pay RPRF. After all this is confirmed, I'll send PP by suitable means.

We should also receive another email that will have medicals forms attached to it. I've not received medical forms and I'm sure you haven't too. I also believe there should be some concrete information about RPRF as this current email does not give any clear payment instructions.

Hi All,
By God's Grace today i got the email from NDVO requesting MR(i got the forms yesterday itself from different email address) , RPRF , Passport and PCC.

Admins kindly update.

NDVO on leave For 4 th december ,
Got information from vfs website

http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/importantnotices.html#16

Delhi Visa Application Center will remain close on 4 December 2013

Please be informed Canada Visa Application Centre, New Delhi will remain closed on 4 December 2013, Wednesday on account of Delhi State Assembly Elections. However the call Centre will remain open as usual.

Adrenalineforu,
I was also thinking about sending the passport only after being sure that NDVO has received the medical report from doctor's office.

In my case, I have already received medical forms with the other requests. However, didn't have any instructions regarding paying RPRF. Better to refer New Delhi High Commission website which has the information:
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx

I am still not sure whether the DD should be in Canadian Dollar or Indian Ruppes though. Let me know how other applicants are going to pay their RPRF to NDVO. Also, which is the best courier for sending application to NDVO.

abba2174,
You will be getting the other requests soon. Its a common pattern now among NDVO applicant, they are getting it within a week of initial MR request.

Hi Adrenalineforu, ps_ go can

This is really confusing for applicant because NDVO is not sending all forms&instruction in one go.

the best way is to use vfs service, check this link and nearest vfs too.

vfs even if all the forms are not sent at a go?
are you going to use vfs to send medicals and then passport and RPRF seperately?

@ PS_gocan, you have to send PCC, proof of RPRF, if asked some Canadian standard photos, acknowledgement of Medical done and Passport together..... it is not rule, but it will help you to track document upto NDVO. As per your request from NDVO, they have already asked you for Passport, hence you have to send it. As per me you will not receive any further request for PASSPORT.

As I have not received any MR request, PCC request, PPR request, RPRF request. I am putting my view point which should be verified.
