Indman , I only received MR nothing else.

IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 60 days of the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.
The medical examination must be performed by a doctor from the CIC list of Panel Physicians.
You cannot choose your family doctor if his or her name is not on this list. See the list of Panel Physicians to
find a doctor in your area at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx
Once you identify a panel physician in your area, book an appointment for your medical examination.
When you schedule your appointment, please ensure that arrangements are made for your chest x-ray
and laboratory tests as well. Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical
results to CIC.
Any costs related to the medical examination are your responsibility and are payable at the time of the
examination. Should your application be refused following the completion of your medical examination
these costs will not be refunded.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- The attached Medical Report form (IMM1017E)
- Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one government-issued document
with photograph and signature, such as a passport or national identity card)
- Eye glasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing
medical conditions
- Four recent photographs (photos are not required if the panel physician is listed as “eMedical
enabled” on the CIC website listed above)
Note: It is important that you inform the panel physician of any previous or existing medical conditions.
Failure to do so will delay the processing of your medical examination.

That post for PCC can't be edited. If I understand correctly, in today's scenario, we still do not need an appointment although the web portal provides a prompt to register for an appointment, right?

And yes, there is a green color stamp with file number, date and country for which PCC is applied although I never mentioned that part.

Preparation for FSW2014-2015 - Please help

Do any one in the forum tell me if property evaluation certificate can be used for proof of fund.
Let me know if any one used the same and got the PR.
If I remember right, one of the NDVO applicant recently received MR and he is also advised by NDVO to submit POF. They clearly said that property evaluation certificate is not acceptable as POF.


Please suggest the format of letter of reference.
What information should it include.
A sample reference letter is given above in Blue Color.


Is it from the employers or from the peers/suprvisors who worked in the same organization.
Reference Letter must be written by your manager/supervisor in the company. If your manager/supervisor has also left your previous employer, HR can also write this letter for you. In case of current employer, it must be written by manager/supervisor. In case multinational groups, HR/higher management wouldn't want to disclose your remuneration to your direct manager/supervisor, then higher management/HR should do this for you. If the company exists and you want to get reference letter from your previous supervisor/manager who has already left your previous employer, it wouldn't work. It can only work if your previous company has been shut down for some reason. In that case, you will have to provide a proof of the company shut down.


Can this include Offer letter,Acceptance of resignation letter,relieving letter?
I have Offer letter,Acceptance of resignation letter,relieving letter from all previous employers ..will it suffice as letter of reference..
If you can prove following 5 points from one or all of above, you can use them but with an explanation letter:
1. Period of employment
2. Designation
3. Duties & responsibilities
4. Annual salary including all benefits
5. Working hours per week
