Hello everyone,

I have following queries.

1. Generic application from , there is a column for National Identity Number. I am basically belongs Indian nationality, We have AADHAR number for this National Identity number. But as per requirement of generic form there is no issue date and expiry date. Since it is valid for lifetime so no expiry on this Card. How to address this issue.

Also in generic form there are some columns which becomes gray shaded areas while filling some thing in the preceding column and unable to fill anything. but as per requirement of CIC, we can not leave any blank. for e.g Have you received Certificate of Quebec, these area becoming gray shaded area when I filled Calgary in the preceeded section.
Please guide me?

2. My one year son don't have this National Identity Number, How to address this issue?

3. As a general one consolidated cover letter is enough or for each application separate cover letter will be required. for example for generic form issues one cove letter and for Schedule form 3 issues one cover letter etc..

4.Myself and my wife have birth certificates, but these are registered recently, Is there any sworn affadavit by parents are required for late registration of birth.

5. As i said above I am basically Indian citizen, but lawfully i was admitted to korea for past two years. So I can select the responsible PR processsing Visa office for Korea?

Please clarify my consufusions, it will greatly helpful for my application process

Dear All,

It is just a medical form and request for landing fee.

No passport request or PCC for now.

Unfortunately, I am very sad as I had delayed to tying the knot hoping like in previous years I can submit his MR alongwith mine as there had been a provision earlier but they have not mentioned the standard "change of circumstances like marriage, baby" anywhere. No mention. So I fi do it now, everything will be delayed for months....

Such is life...

1) If u have valid passport number then its okay..as a Sri Lankan citizen I too do have National Identity card with issue date no expiry date... I didnt fill the expiry date...I translated it to English and pointed out with red mark.. that is no issue..

2)Passport n Birth certificate( English translated with affidavit) is enough.
3)I have no idea, since I am a single (Ask other Seniors)
4)As long as its genuine n translated to English with sworn affidavit that's okay..
5) You must have minimum one year visa from the date u submit ur application..

You don't need to fill the grey shaded area. but be careful with ur answers which make following questions grey shaded..

Hello friend, for the gray space for certificate of Quebec, leave it blank since u are only applying for fswp. Do not pay attention to gray areas on the generic form but only on Red boxes flagged off after validation of the generic form.

Good to have seperate cover letter based on the section/Form , so mention which form and section it is related
