If you applied through consultant then ask them to check for MR email. Usually the status changes once VO sends MR and the PR process begins !!

My friend, I understand your concerns. Please don't think I am trying to discourage you. You should understand the realities.

This happened a while ago, may be five years back..I knew one family of three sisters and one brother, all well qualified and experienced applied to CIC for immigrating to Canada. All their applications got approved at the same time within six months. One of the sisters disclosed that she had undergone cancer therapy (Masectomy) during her medical exam. Though she had passed that medical exam in her home country, CIC did not approve her case at the final stage. She could not make it to Canada with her other siblings and stayed back with her mother.

So it is hard to predict what CIC will do when Medical results are reviewd at the final stage especially if one has medical history.
Be positive. If I were in your position "I will hope for the best from CIC and prepare for the worst".

Good luck

Thank you , but I have question do you think my chances can increase if i was not the main applicant and i let my wife apply as main will this change anything as while i was reading i fount that someone mentioned the below :

quote
Family Sponsorship category, the "excessive demand on health or social services in Canada" factor is waived for:

Spouses, common-law partners or conjugal partners
Dependent children
unquote

is this true or is it the same ?

Huhhh, seems we have to wait the ages, to see that second line in ECAS.

Family sponsorship - spousal sponsorship

In this case your wife will need to get the PR first and then once she is a PR, settled in Canada, has a job and at least one year of T-4 ( equivalent of IT return in India ) and meet the LICO requirement in addition to other requirements, she may be eligible to sponsor you.

However, you are looking at a few years for this process.

LVO is currently busy in issuing PPR for MI 3 (FSW2011) Applicants.

This what family sponsorship means !! , i thought only if she applies again for FSW as main applicant and to add me and our kids in her application that will be considered as family sponsorship ?
