All Canada PNP Programs require you to have a job offer in hand. Only then we can apply for the program and ultimately lead ourselves to be permanent residents. Can anybody with PNP experience validate this

HI GUys,

Kindly have one query need your support on the same.

My passport is going to expire in next 10 months, is it advisable to apply for re-issue now as it will come in 1 month.
or i should wait.

I am sking this question as embassy generally looking for around 1 yr validity before stamping the visa.

Is it so, whether this has happened in the past.

Re-issue of Passport will save time now as i am waiting for medicals.

I would suggest you must renew it. But dont go for normal application.

I would suggest you to apply for Tatkal if annex D ( undertaking form some IAS,IPS,IFS or ITS officer )isnt a much pain for you.
You will have a new passport in your hand within 1 day or two by spending just 1500 Rs more then usual 2000 Rs. And that too without sending your old passport. I did in last month in june after applying.

And yes, if the Passport office ask for reason for Tatkal, you can show them your application for Canada PR and convince them about your Tatkal application.

Its been 51 days since receiving AOR from NDVO.. And there is absolutely no indication on whats happening... This is driving me crazy. Really this is insane...

Finally I got AOR from NDVO.
Just regular text with the pdf file dated 18th Oct...I still don't know what took 12 days to send that email. huh.

Dear rakeshtk, this is not the hottest NOC as compared to other NOC's so you should get through and PER it may take around 3 odd months before u can get it. But that all depends which is your Visa Office. Kindly share your other details for the seniors to assist you

I am Petroleum Engineer for my Bachelor and got MBA in different area. I submitted 2 ECA reports for my BA and Master degrees with application. Am I right?

for instance, CIC states: "If Asha studied outside of Canada to practice as a Lawyer and CIC has designated a professional body for this occupation. She also studied outside of Canada to obtain a doctorate in philosphy.
Then she would provide proof of her completed foreign educational credentials and an original ECA report issued by the designated professional body indicating the equivalency of her first foreign educational credential to the Canadian educational credential required to practice as a Lawyer in one or more provinces or territories in Canada.

In order to obtain the maximum possible points for her education, she would also have to submit an ECA report issued by a multi-purpose organization designated by CIC indicating the equivalency of her second foreign educational credential to a completed Canadian educational credential at the doctoral level."

CIC (Nova Scotia) received my documents for NOC 2263, Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety, yesterday (30/10/2013). Can any guide me what is the average time for CIC to issue the PER for me based on recent statistics. As of 18/10/2013 the number of applicants is 113 for this NOC. I am really worried that the cap may reach before CIC consider my application for PER. :'(

i also applied for the NOC 2263,my app received on 2nd october...i m also restless due to this imagination of cap close...as our NOC IS on 5th number ang getting 7-8 applications in a week update from last two months.according to this ratio it will take time to fill it...but i think applications are now too much bthan before...so keep praying for u and for me also...
