I have a question...
If VO call for an interview do they also check the technical knowledge of the applicant?I mean is it similar to job interview or its just like visa interview(like what you do,what is job responsibilities,why do you want to immigrate etc)?

dear mr sharma...why would cic check the technical intellect of an applicant...interviews are req just to check the authenticity of the applicant and his docs...interviews are only req if CIC find something fishy in an application...so dont worry about interviews if all your docs are genuine..

Heartiest congratulations, The first one from NDVO to have such good news. PArty time........

Two strange things for me;
1- RPRF fee and Passport before MR.
2- NDVO is also not following FIFO rule, as the sheet depicts lots of NDVO applicants whose applications were submitted earlier in may 2013. No news from them.

But its surely good news for all NDVO mates that they has started the next phase and sooner there will rain of MR / RPRF and Visas.

local vo file receiving date has no relevance....CIC NS receiving date will b mentioned in all correspondence... hope this helps...

I just wanted to bring to your notice that my appplication reached on 22 May!!!!!!!!.I am waiting from a VERY long time. So just be patient like mE!!! .Also,
IF it was deemed incomplete or not eligible we should have got our APP back!.So my analysis is like this;
. NDVO receives a bundle of application from CIC monthly once oNLY. I am sure the dates are around 15 to 20 of each month. So most probably we will all get PER(tHOse waiting from a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time) before 25 of NOVember. Just hang in ther!!! 8).In my case I have ordered for an online duplicate report of WES on sep 25. sO i AM MORE POSITIVE now

Hi jpdentdoc, yeah actually each stage for eg. from the application received date to PER it takes 2 months, from there it takes 2 months for AOR and 2 months for MR and 1 to 2 months for PR fees/passport and maybe 1 month to get the passport stamped. And usually the dates of receiving each stage are like 10th or 25th +- 3 to 4 days. Hope its clear.

Are they still working on May applications ?

Hi karanoha , iam sure by november 10th u will get your PER. Usually each stage there is a gap of 2 months +- by a few days.

Probably this week you may charged and hopefully PER next week but do not worry for CAP in your case

Well i never heard of someone giving a technical interview....so as u said...only visa interview questions like what u do and what are ur job responsibilities...
but hopefully interview shouldnt be happening

Hi, you can try to get UCI no via phone and than follow following

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

 After getting UCI
 Call to CIC number and follow the IVR (112-121). In last IVR system ask you to enter your UCI
 Once you enter your UCI,
 If system directs you directly to agent without any announcement it's means your payment is not Encashed yet
 If after entering your UCI, you listen the announcement like " your application has received on xxx day" it's means you have been charged now wait for the PER
