Heartiest congratulations, The first one from NDVO to have such good news. PArty time........

Two strange things for me;
1- RPRF fee and Passport before MR.
2- NDVO is also not following FIFO rule, as the sheet depicts lots of NDVO applicants whose applications were submitted earlier in may 2013. No news from them.

But its surely good news for all NDVO mates that they has started the next phase and sooner there will rain of MR / RPRF and Visas.

Dear All,

I got two mails from DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca today

1) AOR today (its dated 18 Oct though)

2) Another letter asking for - This seems very strange as I thought medical request should come before this. I have not received any medical request.

a) Payment for right of Permanent Resident fee
b) Passport
c) PCC (Even though I had sent at time of application itself )

Has anyone in the forum have been in the same scenario ? How do I make payment for right of PR fee ?

Guys please guide.

After a week of nirvana from daily check of email and forum, i too got first pleasing surprise of email from NDVO..TODAY AT 9:11am IST. I too am getting the BLUE...

I am July applicant and I was praying that I should get AOR in next couple of weeks seeing June applicants getting response from NDVO BUT I received my AOR just 5 min back!!! :-* :-* :-*

Yes, I second your opinion. However, FIFO is practically for CAP purposes & for rest of the process no VO can maintain the FIFO.. as every case is different.

Example - in case any case need detailed background checks then it will result in bottleneck for rest of the clear/simple cases.

NDVO have history of being DABANG & following their own norms than CIC instructions/guidelines.

Just pray for PR soon (with current AOR pace for FSW 2013)

Hi, wait for about a week for your PER. It happened to us also.

Hi all

I don't know if anyone has some experience of this but I'm a July 15 applicant, CC charged 17 Oct and heard nothing since. Had email from WES saying I needed to pay more to gave my credentials available online to CIC, the report was delivered and available yesterday.

My question is, has anyone else had this and how long have you waited after to receive PER or NER? CIO haven't even replied to my email for an update and its been 30 days!

Hi bhFSW2174. Thanks buddy. Just wanted to ask how come u didnt get ur AOR yet? Your Application date is 15-05-2013 and mine is 27-05-2013. We both are NOC 2174.
