@ garuna , u seems to be from Nepal if so your Bank in KTM wont have any details on DD encashment especially NIBL...

@ Thevanu, Yes I send my DD from NIBl. While asking them about my DD cashed or not, they told me that it is still in debit. not cashed.

What was your experience with NIBL?

If you check the spreadsheet in detail CIC is sending PER or charging cc for your timeline only. so do not panic wait for some more time.

Which consultant did you used? Is it Everest or someone else.

They all are big looters.

I have mailed them but i dont think they will reply. Because my application were send their by my consultant. My consultant told me to wait instead of mailing them. so i mailed myself.
The consultants are not serious. They only need commission...............

my DD was encahed on 25 July but till Aug 6 they(NIBL) said its still not cashed so u have to wait fr a mail from CIC or u can send them a details as i did and u may get some reply sooner or later... why not give a try....

My NOC 2131. I have sent my application package on Sepember 21 and It reached to CIO Sydney on September 26th. Please if you have any approximate idea if my application will get selected under the 2013 cap. Current cap count is 151 @CIC website.

Nobody can exactly predict your case. Just follow the CIC cap updates.

In my opinion your chances are low.

Definitely CAP FULL is not a concern for you. But yes, 2263 is a very special and critical NOC. 50% of the applications get rejected under this category, as officers are not satisfied with the job duties matching with the Lead Statement and the essential duties as listed under hrsdc website for NOC 2263. Many friends on this forum who were june applicants did not get PER because of this reason quoted by CIC officers.

So your job duties should be in accordance with the Lead statement and the essential duties mentioned by hrsdc.

All July Applicants in NOC 2131 will definitely fall in cap.

August Applicants in NOC 2131 would have a fair chance.

September Applicants in NOC 2131 have to be lucky.

October Applicants in NOC 2131 are out of the cap.

I was checking other threads for NDVO applicants and seems they are in full swing

But for clearing backlogs of 2010 applicants.Saw few DM's today and yesterday... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

If someone knows do anyone knows about applicants from FSW 2011 when cap was 10000 and still not recieved PR yet.As far as I know all my known people landed in Canada who applied for FSW 2011.

About 20 ~ 25 more applicants from this forum are going to (be charged) / (be rejected) / (get response) etc at most till CAP is reached.

NOC 2134:
About 40 ~ 50 more applicants from this forum are going to (be charged) / (be rejected) / (get response) etc at most till CAP is reached.

NOC 2263:
About 27 ~ 33 more applicants from this forum are going to (be charged) / (be rejected) / (get response) etc at most till CAP is reached.
