Any Medical Request for New Delhi Visa Office. Have they started ? Anxiously waiting for it...

Yes there is cibil check as application guide says that ur eligible if your a bankrupt

Sorry but in gude it says...
you have ties to organized crime,
you have a serious health problem,
you have a serious financial problem,
you lied in your application or in an interview,

so serious financial problem does it mean CIBIL check...
plzzz guide...

Just a small correction. Many of us applied for WES after the ANNOUNCEMENT only. But still we had to pay again and order a duplicate. Who's gonna worry about 85$ when you think that that your future may be at stake? I discussed this issue with many in NOC 2263 and we have decided to wait till we get PER and then ask for a refund.
Hope it is clear now for babub!(BTW, we havent got PER till now, duplicate ordered on 28 sep_)
To be on the safer side just immediately order for the duplicate.

I would like to throw some light on CIBIL status check.

CIBIL is the rating which Indian government hold for each Indian citizen (more over a tax payer ) in order to evaluate his or her creditworthiness. Generally it happens with help of social security number in other countries.

To answer the question about Visa office checks individual's CIBIL status or not, I do not have any official information but i feel they must be doing it since India doesn't have any other system of civic status check. And VOs always look for candidates who are financially strong and who can survive few initial months in case of no jobs. Its a big factor.

Yah, I can see there is huge movement in CPPO . I guess ND VO still busy in clearing their Backlogs. Its already been 5 months to this process. lets c how much it takes more..

They have ground to a halt.
Anyone else agree?
Or have any idea why?

The speed at which CIC is processing applications now is worrisome...PER is taking more than 3 months as of now..I was expecting fireworks yesterday but it was so damn quiet.
I hope the total PR process be completed in one year.

I am still waiting like a few others in 2263 around my application time to hear about PER.Almost 4 months.DD encashed,WES duplicate sent,STILL NO ANSWER.I am tired of the wait.

I mailed CIC last month abt the application status to which i got the following reply :

Dear Sir/Madam,

UCI# 9XXXXXXXX

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 04 Sept 2013 as the cap of NOC 2174 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

So my application is on its way bak..... On an avg hw many days it takes to receieve it by normal post to India???

Hopefully, I would be resending my application under NOC (Chemical Engineer) as i also had a year of work exp. from 2010-2011 in Chemical Engineering ;D

Still Havent received my application back by post.....any idea how long its gonna take for the regular post to reach from Canada to India?
