you should expect hearing back from CIC in 80 days. add your details to the spreadsheet. that will be helpful. currently applicants from 4th july are being charged and receiving PERs

I see from other threads NDVO is busy in clearing 2010 backlog. What about people who applied for FSW2011??

Do all backlogs for 2011 cleared? As I don't find any active threads for FSW2011 applicant.I personally know few of my friends who applied in Feb 2012 for FSW 2011 program and everyone got Visa in 8-10 Months..

Do any one have more information??

Recently, one of the forum members posted an excel sheet which indicates Permanent Resident applicant inventory held up with Visa Offices world over as of April 2013. NDVO has over 11,870 cases pending with majority awaiting final decision. This made me feel that even if NDVO shoots the AOR for FSW 2013 applicants around 40 days after they receive PER (from CIO), it is going to take a really long time before we see our Medical Request materializing.

However Sandy, now you are saying those who applied in Feb 2012 have presumably landed. Digesting this contrasting information is getting beyond comprehension for me.

All I think I can do is pray for the earliest resolution of the strike and clearance of NDVO's huge backlog. Seniors, your learned opinion is welcome.

Hello Maverick,

Yes few of my friends applied in Feb 2012 under NOC 3142 who got their Visa in Dec 2012.I personally know 5 friends who landed before May 2013.
Few of them are also registered in the 2011 spreadsheet.

That's why I was thinking how applicants from FSW 2011 got Visa so quickly.Even you can confirm this from one of the Physio member Munirask, who also have friends who got visa with in 8 months from FSW 2011.

I was just wondering if NOC code also play important role in getting Visa quickly.

My thinking is if FSW 2011 people got Visa so quickly then we can also expect the same thing 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Hi Maverick
I posted one of the information few days back regarding backlogs , even onw of my cousin he applied for FSW 2011 he received his PR in 8-10 month even his freinds applied with him got the PR within same time frame, so don't worry about backlogs bcz at that time there were huge backlogs, so don't worry abt backlogs bt we hv to worry abt strike bcz it will effect

All the guys were from NDVO , so keep ur finger cross

Hi Sandy,

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. This forum has become what it is today because of members like you, who don't like to withhold information but like to benefit others too. & I hope your judgement is bang on.........and both of us complete our landing by July next year! :o :o :o

About NOC, You are correct, even I feel that NOC does play a pivotal role in processing. I have read in another forum that Architects got visa within 7 months.

Is CIC on vacation or what? Where are the CC/DD charges and PERs?

The silence is deafening Bozance....... :( Whatever they are doing I wish they would hurry up, the waiting is almost painful for some applicants, I got quite a few PM's from 2147 applicants who are waiting :(

I got exhausted from this waiting... I think it's about time to get the answer whether is PER or NER .... At least I will know what to do next :D

Dear All,

I desparately need suggestion from you. I need to fill visitor visa (type-business) application for Canada. I checked the application form for this and found a coulmn of UCI number. As UCI number ( got it over phone) is already generated for FSWP, how should I deal with this. Should I leave it blank?

Please suggest.
