Do I just need to fill up form IMM5620E fee payment then indicate my card no. then later on they will deduct it on my credit card? Is it how it works since on line payment for FSW is not on the option?

Yes, they'll deduct the amount themselves, as you are authorizing by signing and filling the form. Please do carefully fill the form, and check each digit 10 times before you send off the parcel.

Make sure your bank knows that a huge amount will be charged from your card so they do not auto reject it.

My file received in Warsaw Visa Office at 20.Sep.2013, I have received email 30 minutes ago.
My Visa Office was Ankara, Bu it is forwarded to Warsaw in Poland. maybe it is for the strike in Ankara.
