Thanks for your reply.Yes I get PER. However I am not worried in this regard as my employer have written the task that I am doing right now & which belongs to my NOC. Would you please clear me your case I mean what VO may seek if they call to my employer.

They will perform checks to ascertain the authenticity of the applicant's employment documents. There are various means to do this and they do this when they doubt the application for whatever reason. For example, check with the post office to validate if an establishment exists or not. Also check with references provided by the employee (in this case the applicant) to ascertain his or her duties at the time of employment to match what we have quoted.

At this time, if the ones who answer the call does not answer questions in a satisfactory manner, adds an extra amount of doubt to the application. In my scenario, the HR official denied that my wife was working in the hospital she showed experience letter from. (In my check as an HR from a different hospital) I am praying that they don't call as I believe that this may complicate matters.

It is true that VO should anticipate things outcomes like the one above, but how he or she treats our application following the scenario above is unpredictable. :-X :-X :-X

sinestra,
As you mentioned above the HR official denied that your wife was working in the hospital she showed experience letter from.
i would like to know while applying she didn't support her experience letter with pay (salary) slips from the Hospital...???
