I received my PER on 14th august but the mail from CIC is dated 12 august. My lawyer wrote me the following:mdharis said:Received PER on July 25th, 2013. And my lawyer says file is still at CIO queued up to go to LVO. So just get back in line n play the waiting game.

from outside Canada dial - 0016139444000
select
1 for English then
1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to CIC then
1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
remember they might tell you we don't have access to the system, you should call them 1 more day, if they says again try it again.
tell them i have an application in progress and i want to know the client ID number.

- IMM 0008 - Generic Application Form for Canada for you
- IMM 5406 - Additional Family Information for you and spouse
- Payment of the processing fee - informations here http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/brazil-bresil/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng
If you have any question, please advise. Kindly note that you have 60 days to send us these documents. If these documents are not received at this office no later than November 17th, 2013, we will process your newborn child as a non accompaning dependent.
