Ok, so we must admit we are slightly freaking out at the moment, as the new FSW stream is going MUCH Faster than anticipated.... we have been planning on a 2 year timeline, and it seems we may have to land by December! Here is our timeline to date:

5 May 2013: New FSW Application stream opens
7 May 2013: Application sent to CIC in Sydney, Nova Scotia
13 May 2013 (6 days): Application arrives at CIC (according to DHL services)
17 July 2013 (2months): Received positive determination for eligibility, application being sent to SA visa-office for further processing.
30 July 2013 (2.5months) : Request for medicals and payment of Right of Permanent residency fees.

Any advice would be appreciated.

in our spreadsheet also we have seen many MR (@5 2 form CPP-O, @ colombo and 1 HK)
after MR the next step is PPR and VISA

Your analysis will help all the forum mates to be prepared for further process.

For NDVO its tough to be so fast
see the first AOR received in spreadsheet is of 17th July and still no movement of MR for him/her
even no one received MR for FSW2013 at NDVO
this means form PER to AOR it tooks @ 30 days (min) than for MR PPR etc. btw NDVO is working at full pace if you see other thread of previous (MI1 MI2 etc) applicant they are recieving MR PPR and DM quickly. may be they are creating space for us

Yes I completely with your. ND VO is trying their best to process FSW 2013 Applications.

Yes they will maintain the database of all applications reached to CIC Intake office irrespective of processed or returned.

But i got a letter saying, no record of your application has been retained with the Immigration Office. What does this mean?

what about the queue? are they adding FSW2013 to the previous queue or there is a chance of a new queue. There speed seems that they have added us to the old...

CIC will normally allocate a UIC number for each application they receive.
As I see details on the spreadsheet that your application is returned. How did you get know about that ?

It will be new queue (as per Kenny's previous post we will be after MI1 but before others)
but anyhow this queue will not too long ;D

what about the queue? are they adding FSW2013 to the previous queue or there is a chance of a new queue. There speed seems that they have added us to the old...

Does anybody have any idea what are the timeline given to 2010,2011,2012 applicants of ndvo
Just like fsw 2013 applicants are given average 10 months time frame and within 6 months a progress intimation from ndvo

guys in which stage of the process 67 pass marks is calculated by cic

The first stage, when CIO sorts out your application from NS, they will determine if you meet 67 points requirement. Only then do they send the PER. If your ECAS shows in process, that means you're already past 67 points.
