I'll share this first and then I'll try to read all the pages I missed here....wow 60 pages!! ..anyways
after more than 24 hours of continous stressfull work, finally returned home and was able to check my e-mail, and there i found it lying since yesterday, finally with the bless of God, I have received my PER....Yahooooooooooooooooo 8) heeeh heeeh

Can anybody please help?

Most banks that will give you a draft in foreign currency should have a clearing bank in the destination country. In other words a bank in the destination country where they maintain an account or something like that. Go get a draft from Barclays. The draft will show that it is from barclays but on the draft they will mention a canadian bank where it should be cleard. Alternatively you could email or call the canadian high commission on how to get around it im sure it will be close to my suggestions. BTW most of those you meet at bank helpdesks are mainly ignorant of their operations im sorry to say.

I start to be paranoid that it could be CIC. I didn't answer as I put my mobile on silent, to not wake up sleeping children and just simply missed these calls [/size][/size]

Someone's manager or HR officer from work got a call to confirm applicant's duties. But I am not sure if applicant has had a call from CIC ...

I've submitted an application for FSW 2013 NOC .2147. This application has been received on 12th July by DEXTER .Today, I called CIC Office to get UCI to follow the status but, I have shocked when the agent told me that your application is not appeared on the system and it is better to send an email for your case

What can I do?????????

You can not do anything other than to wait for another one or two weeks by then they would have dealt with your applicatipn as they are currently dealing with applications received mid to end of June as you can see from the folks that are being sent PER/acknowledgement.
