WELL, this is a promising email. At least they didn't reject you.
I wish you the best and hopefully you will get the positive PER soon.
I sent them an email 3 weeks ago but still no reply.

Guys, just wanna share the good news. I got an email from cio saying about positive determination of eligibility to be processed. Is that PER?
Though my noc is too far from being hot, let's not lose hope for those who submitted their applications around June 13-19.
Sent my app - june 13
Received on june 19.

2147, 2132, 0211 are becoming the hot categories. So CIC will look to fill up these first so that, new applicants do not keep sending the applications, and burden the CIC for sending those applications back to the applicants due to CAP full.

So it means they will clear these NOC first, means they will provide PER or Encash payment fast for these NOCs.
Means if other NOC getting PER for last week of June, these NOC will get might be for first or second week of July. ?????

My file was received at CIC on 11 jun .

Till now no PER ....

UR REPLY STATING "your dates I can guess that by the end of this week your turn in coming:" has lit some hope

Please suggest how and y do u think I will get it by this week end
I understand being POSITIVE is good ... I am just trying to be realistic here.

Although , I have observed on our sheet ,that there are 7 files recieved on 11 June by CIC
off which only one has got PER and rest 6 are still waiting for it.

What do u think is it a sheer co incident that on 11 june 6 files out of 7 from our forum were on there way back / or
is it that they have got PER mail and have not updated the status .

Only person who got PER on 11/06 is : IMMY - many congratulations to u MATE !!
PPL whos status on spreadsheet shows Still awaiting PER are : Myself MANISHKAPOOR18 ,
