Thanks very much hassanwiz17. This is what he wanted to know.
Hi

Let me correct 12a for you again.

It is mentioned here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eca, on Pg 38:

"Your work experience
12a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b)."

This means mention in 12a, the NOC occupation from one of the jobs that you mentioned in 12b. Make sure this job corresponds with the eligible 29 occupations in this year's FSWP. and mention the NOC code exactly as in the 29 eligible occupations list.

Thank you ... now, new waiting begins ... eyes on the AOR ;-)

URGENT HELP!!!!!!

Hello Seniors,

Now only I realize that in the schedule 3 form I put "Jn Design Engineer-ASIC/FPGA" as the primary occupation under NOC 2147. Please advise me whether I need to send a new application with updated schedule 3 with Primary occupation as "Computer engineers"

OK

01. You have to mention in 12a, one of the jobs that you mentioned in 12b. This will be your primary occupation and will be used to determine your eligibility against the 29 eligible occupations. Please keep in mind, that your job title does not matter in these evaluations. The officer will check your job responsibilities against the 29 NOC occupations. For example for NOC 2147, main duties and requirements are here:

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=2147

So if your current job duties match the ones in the link above, you are good. Nothing to worry.

Is there any chance of 1112 applicant i know the cap is reached but my app recieved on 27may and few 27 may apps already charged but 21 and 23 may applicant still not charged. No one post any thing regarding returning of app bc of cap. I only got my uci on 22 aug but have no status on ivr and e case even when i called cic they r not telling anything about my file they returned it or not. Plz 1112 applicants of may whos apps not accepted yet share ur experiences.
Mona, if cap reached for may applicants on 31st or on last week of May then hopefully you will be in it.This is the possibility that few applicants files had not charged or delayed due to some formalities.No one can predict wts going except CIC official members. I think cic is under load of work and there is vivid chances for delaying in response.You should keep calling.They will update you.Meanwhile you can write a formal letter wid ur application id and name and etc as remainder for safe side as well as email. Keep ur hope high !!

Where is the RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

So you mean to say that in 12a if I mention NOC Code as 2147 and in Primary Occupation Jn Design Engineer there wont be any problem? and I dont have to mention as Computer Engineers there, In the return app list I can see that for forum member ICJ the application was rejected because "User made a mistake of putting his primary occupation as Lecturer in Schedule 3 form"
