By grace of Almighty ALLAH I have received PER mail through Canada Post yesterday after 6 weeks. Best of luck to everyone on this forum. I never saw such a great forum
Where people help each other selfessly. Although I don't post much on forum , but I try to read posts after 3-4 days. I feel you guys as a part of my family and hopes that one day we all meet in canada.

Hello Guys,

One of my friend is willing to apply under NOC-0211. He is confused about the "Schedule 3" form. In Question 12a it is mentioned to give Primary Occupation Name & Corresponding NOC code. He is confused whether he will give his current designation or mention "Engineering Manager" in the occupation field & mention "0211" in the NOC Code field as he is applying under this NOC code.

Pls give ur valuable suggestions.

Hi. He should mention his actual Job title/current designation in the occupation field and he should mention 0211 in the NOC code field. He has to just make sure that his duties and job responsibilities match closely with the stated duties stated for 0211 here :

Make sure he does not copy/paste duties from the above link. He should try to put his actual duties which closely match the ones stated in the link above. There have been very clear cases where the VO has put remarks in GCMS/CAIPS notes that NOC Duties are copied directly into work experience sending the application into a spin and attracting stricter scrutiny and verification.

I have surname and tried all options: changing size of letters, adding "-"... But it is still not working... I guess that ECAS is not yet updated by CIC for the people who received PERs recently. I have received my PER on 27th Aug
Admins please advise

TRY CIC IVR..call there call center and when the automated system ask for ur UCI put it press 1 if its correct then enter your birth year and press 1 if that is correct...then u may hear if they receive your application or not..if they do, congratulation..PER is on your way insAllah

ECAS just updated once in a week!
