Dear Navdeep, yes, and why you want to go with an agent. Most information you seek is available online and on this forum (read FAQ blog). Unless you want one of the following, there is no need as no agent knows more than this forum.

1. Someone else to crosscheck your application fields filled in
2. Someone else to courier the application for you
3. You want to keep someone else's email and postal address - as you may be on move and do not want to give your relative/friend's address

I am agree with zolter. Your status of file is important ,,later you can remove consultant info.

[size=10pt]Anyway , let forum member know consultant name so that people will come to know about it.

Last week many forum-mates complain y-axis.

Dear Members,

My brother is going to submit his FSW 2013 application in Sep first week in Physiotherapist category NOC.
he will be claiming 5 points for adaptability for his wife’s maternal uncle who is settled in CANADA.

To prove the relationship status of his UNCLE and his mother in law he will provide the following documents.

--Matriculation certificate of her mother and uncle showing same parents since in INDIA before 1970's, matriculation certificate is considered as birth certificate.
--PR card of his wife's uncle
--CANADA REVENUE agency TAX statement

I have few queries,
FIRST:
The name of his UNCLE on PR card is SURINDER SINGH KAMBOJ, but on his matriculation certificate it is mentioned SURINDER SINGH only.
But the name of the parents (is exactly same on het mothers matriculation certificate and his own) and date of birth is exactly the same.
SECOND:
The name on the CANADA REVENUE TAX Statement is SURINDER KAMBOJ.

Name on Matriculation Certificate :SURINDER SINGH
Name on PR Card: SURINDER SINGH KAMBOJ
Name on CANADA REVENUE document: SURINDER KAMBOJ

Will the cast cause any problem, since the VISA OFFICER assessing his file in INDIA may know of these kind of scenarios, as her UNCLE added his surname only before going to CANADA.

Last query is that in this year FSW you can obtain 5 point by showing the language points for your spouse too in ADAPTABILITY section,
can his wife give the IELTS examination now and can update her IELTS score card to the VISA office in NEW DELHI later, this can strengthen his application.

Seniors, please comment soon

Nice suggestion......this forum is a Google for FSW applicants. Don't go for consultants, they are sitting for money only.

Whatever doubts you have just put them here, you'll get solution immediately.. 8) 8) 8)

Yes, she can submit the IELTS letter to make strengthen file.
Now second , thisis very common scenario in India. People are filing green card for parents relatives and there are many spell mistakes or alteration in name.
And this is well known by immigration officer.
They have complete track of mr.singh before immigration and after arriving in canada. So that's clear at half.

Now what you need to do is, ask mr.singh to create affidavits by taking help of lawyer and explain the situation in affidavit ,, now your brothers wife also need to make one affidavits to declare the truth.

They will consider these affidavit and submit the require proof of evidence.

I am telling this scenario by observing others case and also by my in-law family immigration case.

I was not following this ofrum since past week. Can anyone update me when was the last 2147 CC/DD charged / PER received, The spreadsheet is blocked in my office and eager to know the advancement of my NOC. !! Pretty please :)

If you cannot find satisfactory answer to this anywhere around the best way to get information is to consult the lawyer in canada who is dealing in filing the case against CIC for the refusal of immigration file.

For single query I guess they charge 150 CAD but that will be full and final solution and you can faith on it by just investing around 7500 INR.

Hope this help.
