Why not add me? I applied in June , BEFORE the cap was filled on 21st August. Still have not heard from CIC, nothing. Until I receive an email to tell me that my application is being sent back or rejected, then as far as I'm concerned, there's still a chance for me. I thought my status might help other people that applied in June or July, as they still haven't heard from CIC either!

If you don't want to add, that's fine.

Mate, I didn't mean to dismiss you. I am just trying to avoid you having false expectations at this stage. Yes, no one knows when cap got filled but it is very, very likely it happened at the end of May as suggested by our spreadsheet. Also, CIC will never email you when cap has been reached. They will send your package back in the regular mail which may take over 2 months. Anyway, pls feel free to add yourself by the link provided. Happy waiting I guess...
