I just made calculation that during 26 July CIO was processing 20 May applicants according to forum. So I got chance to hit the target..

I did the same mistake and did the same way as you did. Unfortunately, I did not heard anything as of now.

Actually I did received any acknowledgement but I have send mail to CIO about my missing documents to which they gave following reply on 19 Aug:

Please retain the document until such time as it is requested.

Hello Friends,

By the grace of Lord Krishna I received PER today. .

Actually I forgot to include Background Declaration and Additional family information of my wife in application package. I came to know it by 21 July.
Thanks to all forum members, because of their discussion only I came to know about my mistake. On the same day I forwarded CIO both documents with Reference Letter. That letter received on 26 July and I was lucky one that letter was acknowledge by Dexter as Application package was received by him.
Chances of getting me selected was very less. But I kept positive hope and was prepared for any situation.
Today I am lucky one to be in first 52 of NOC 2132.
Thank you one again forum members for your help.

Just FYI for those who missed the cap this year... i just received a mail having my PR for Australia today..
It took around 4-5 months in the entire process.. and it was quite streamlined.

Dear All,

My application reached CIC on 21st May under NOC 1112. I tried to get my application details through call center @ CIC, but they did not provide any information for my application and asked me to send e- mail which I did on July 26 & August 01(twice). I still haven't got any reply from CIC.

I call several times,but could not get details.

Will keep posted if any thing I hear from CIC.
