So Game Over for 1112 & 2174 on the same day

2147 hasn't moved on update but people are reporting CC charged. Maybe there is weight to the theory that the cap updates include recieved applications waiting to be charged. I hope so. If that is the case then those not contacted already may still get charged. Fingers crossed for everyone.

It seems I didn't make it. Well...this is life. It's time for a backup plan
I am definitely putting away Canada for at least a few years.

Hi

MY VO is Ottawa Canada and I live in USA but my H1b visa will expire shortly, If I don't get 7th year extension on my H1b.
If that is the case then i will be returning back to India. I have two year valid visitor's visa for Canada valid till May 2015.

Question: Do i need to change my VO office to Delhi if I have to return back to India or I keep Ottawa VO? I can visit Ottawa for visa interview using my Canadian visitor visa right? what do you guys think?

Anyway, we are still expecting some updates from this NOCs.

It should have read "Total received toward the overall cap: 1027 of 5000". They must have made the updates in a hurry.
