Hi all,

I just called the call center. After two unsuccessfull calls, a lady answered. First she waived to give me my UCI and I urged her by telling about the situation. She checked my details and found nothing. The point is that she confirmed that having UCI does not signify falling into cap.

Ok I'm back in town and I have read till page 1265 so I'm still not up to date. Don't know if I should even try to catch up, as I was going through my mail and I received this...

Had received this email on the 13th of August and I didn't know it as it was lost in the large number of unread emails. I did check my PO Box yesterday and no package received as yet. Yes I had some minor errors in my application but I have no idea what was the final nail in the coffin. Will update once I receive my package.

I have seen only one guy from Hongkong who received Medical request so far...I just want to confirm if it was medical request or something else which wrongly filed in excel sheet???

Anyone from London visa office and getting ECAS status that "we have start processing your application" or any other status like this ????

I AM FROM London office , but I have got my cc cashed recently and no PER till date , once I get some thing will post it here ...

278 application already received by CIC till 12 August 2013 for NOC 1112. I am not sure if your application within CAP limit of 300. But hope for the best.

Hi sachoudary, thanks for your response but I stated I had already sent in my application and it had been recieved before the NOC cap update was placed on the CIC site.

Surely hoping for the best, still waiting for someone to confirm how long it takes to get fedbck.

I did not become a cold turkey. If you have read my latest post here, I DO NOT HAVE ANY UPDATES YET ON MY APPLICATION. The only update that I asked last time was when I got an e-mail from WES and asking me to order a duplicate copy so that CIC can view my ECA online. After ordering, I do not have any update from CIC-NS yet though I emailed them and asked them about my status and still waiting their reply. I hope I can get my PER (hopefully, God willing) this week or this month.

Some of the applicant has either gone cold turkey or has not actually received any update from CIC. The names of the applicants are sorted from oldest to newest for the month of May. Oldest being "Jig nesh" whose application has reached on 8th of May 2013 to "Samanis" whose application has reached on 28th 2013.

Update of my application. I do not have any official proof of the details I need to update the admins. I received this email from CIO based on my July 20 enquiry of my application. Less than a month to reply. I emailed them back already, of course another ages to get a reply from them. I did not manage to call CIC last friday, maybe today.

I want to officially receive my PER mail but I guess I can manage to get some information from the call centre.

Dear Madam:

Please be advised that an acknowledgement was sent via e-mail on August 12, 2013. Your file is currently awaiting transfer to the visa office in Manila.

CIC has started charging June Applicants which is a good sign. Hoping for some positive news today

Did anyone get through providing roles and responsibilities in Stamp paper(notarised) ?
I did submit a letter from my employer that I am a bonafide employee but my HR would not include roles n responsibilities so I asked my colleague for a write up, notarised and attached it with my company letter.
Ppl who's cc/dd has been charged n gone to the next level, plz advise!!

.. It means that the stage till Visa Office review is complete and Local Visa office processing has begun....

Unfortunately you have misunderstood what the NOC cap information on the CIC web site means. This does not reflect the number of applications received. It reflects the number of applications CIC has reviewed and market as complete. Since CIC has just started working on early June applications, right now the NOC cap reflects applications received in May only.

Since the NOC you applied under has almost reached its cap and you submitted your application in late July, I agree with the other poster's opinion that your file has unfortunately been received too late. It will probably take around 70 days to get feedback.

It's been 2 months since my application is received by CIC... I almost forgot the excitement and the fear of rejection... I got numb!
