To the friends whose applications hav unfortunately been returned ..like Marta , Ezap, Harry2k4, Idoit, Lesmor, dreamaby, kumars and others.... :-[

I wish to ask , if your ECAS shows "application returned" as the status? or if you check your status with the UCI over the IVR?

Please inform us.

Thanks and wish you all the best!

Goodluck SG applicants.

And I wish CIC would not send file by regular post.

BTW, what is the average processing time of SG VO?

As per the forum statistics and CIC's operational bulletin they-
-do and are doing it on first come first serve basis.

hey everyone,
i was wondering if any of you, who are active on this forum, came across any pattern on how pips at the CIO are reviewing applications, since, it is obvious, that they don't do it by "first come-first serve" motto.

As per CIC website - sadly SG processing time is 24months :(

Previous post from Derektse....

Not for me. I actually dropped by the Singapore visa office last week to have a look - the lady at the counter told me they would not send out AOR this time - if they want to request something, they will contact us. This is quite new because Singapore VO sent out AOR last year. I am not sure whether that lady really knew how things work this year as at first she did not seem to understand what I was talking about when I mentioned about NOC, AOR, PER...

For those who were pre 2008 applicant ( i was ) i got refund DD yesterday. initially they had send me the refund letter which i responded via email
( 05-06-2013) for refund. with no action from CIC after my initial communication i sent a mail a month later (31-07-2013 ) . yesterday i got the refund DD dated 31-07-2013.. with no news of my FSW 2013 application looks like another DD might hit my post soon.. have not given up hope until my bell rings and the man yells " POST" .. god forbid !!!

If you get refund, then your records from pre-2008 application will be deleted from their system? have you tried accessing thru your old UCI or Immigration file number?

Thanx for the info. SG being one of the top VO 's , it's sad no one has heard from them. I am also from SG office. May be next week someone (or me) could drop by and find out how things are moving... But I am afraid they should not get irritated.
